Asus monitor is connected to laptop running Windows 11. During Zoom meetings the monitor goes in and out...in other words, it goes black, then wakes up again. Pattern and timing is random.
I have not been able to open and upload meetings that I recorded. When I click on "recordings" it just keeps loading and I have not been able to see any of the recordings. How do I fixe this issue?
I have a recording in the Zoom cloud of a town hall my organization held, but when I play it, there is no sound and the screen is all black except for the name of one of the many participants in the meeting. When I created the meeting, I made it so that the meeting will automatically record when the meeting begins, and I also made it so that the recording would be automatically saved in the Zoom cloud. I've done this before with no issues, but for some reason, this recording has no sound and is basically a black screen. Can anyone share some tips/advice? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,
I have checked my settings in Meeting Basics and all appear to be set correctly. I have also checked, Account Management / Account Settings and looks in order with the exception there doesn't appear to be an option to enable or disable co-host, so I assume all is correct.
Yet, when I am in the meeting, I can only assign a host and not a co-host.

Dear Sir or Madam, in a terminalserver environment we use MS Outlook 2016 32-bit with a CTI integration from a Third-Party-Software and have a problem with the latest Zoom VDI software. We just updated from ZoomInstallerVDI_x86_5.17.10.24730.msi to ZoomInstallerVDI_x86_5.17.13.25060.msi. The Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook is not installed. After this update process we do not see the precense status of our 3rd-Party CTI software in Microsoft Outlook anymore. If we uninstall the Zoom VDI software, presence status is still not working. If we rollback a snapshot of the server the presence status is working proper. if I open a room and walk away, how long does the room stay open? I have pro version with unlimited meeting length but Im noticing it closes the room if there's no activity after a while
Bonjour Nous avons constaté que des matériels visio Lifesize se déconnectent intempestivement à plusieurs reprises lors d'une réunion. Cela peut être au bout de 5mn comme 1heure. C'est aléatoire. Dans ce cas, l'utilisateur doit relancer la session SIP sur le matériel pour que cela fonctionne. la déconnexion est soudaine et brutale, et ce problème n'affecte que l'équipement de visio, les autres participants restent connectés à la réunion. Je précise que nous passons par les connecteurs de salles zoom crc. Quelqu'un aurait-il été confronté à ce problème ?

My Eckankar church uses unique words not included in the Zoom CC dictionary. How do I get Zoom to add a few words? Or can I do it myself? ECKANKAR is displayed as "ack and car," Sugmad as "soup mad," etc. TIA Richard Berling Tech volunteer for my church and a Kiwanis service club.

Hello We have recently setup a Windows 365 Cloud PC environment and have installed the Zoom VDI clients. The VDI client is working as expected and properly redirecting local devices etc. When someone clicks on a link to join a meeting in their Outlook, they are taken to a webpage to launch the Zoom client however nothing happens. It will only launch after downloading the Zoom Workplace app and then use that app to join the meeting. If they do that, they do not get the advantages of the Zoom VDI plugin. Is there a way to have links to Zoom meetings launch using the VDI client instead? Currently they are only able to join meetings by manually typing in the room + passcode. Thanks

URGENT - They send me a virtual link to join a meeting but it does not make me access (asking for meeting n. and password) . Pls help. Thank you normally the link should connect me to the meeting ? pls help. It was very important.
here is just asking me the meeting n. and the password but if I put the relative parts of the virtual link it feels me that the info are wrong.
