I accepted an invite for an interview at 7am on 4/3, but as soon as I click "accept" in Outlook for Mac – the meeting lands at a completely different date and time 2am on 3/30. I tried going into my deleted items folder and accepting the invite for the correct time once again, but it continues to show incorrectly. This is extremely frustrating as this is an important call for a job interview. What is going on?

Hello, First of all, I apologize for my level of English. I'm having a problem with the Zoom software and the sound is choppy and hard to hear. I encounter this problem in the following situations: When I use headphones that I plug directly into the computer. But I don't have this problem when I use the laptop's speakers. I also activated "sound for musicians" in Zoom, without success. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
This only happens when the person I'm on video with is playing music on Spotify, for example. I can hear his or her voice just fine.
I'm the only one with this problem. The other people taking part in the conference have no problem and can hear the music just fine.
When I use headphones connected to my external sound device.
It also works when I use Zoom Web Portal (with or without headphones, with or without an external sound device).
The Zoom software is up to date.
Windows is up to date.
My sound device (Presonus Audiobox) is up to date.
My laptop sound device is up to date.
My computer is an Asus vivobook laptop, with Windows 11.
Thanks to anyone who tries to help me!

We'd need the system to provide the participants' attendance duration in meetings and webinars, apart from the 'join time' & 'leave time'. This would be very helpful when it comes to certificates accreditation. Anything available that I'm not aware of? Thanks a lot Ms Pay Facio

Hola, intento compartir audio de mi mac en mis sesiones y me dicen que se escucha perfectamente pero mi voz no, suena entre cortada o a veces un poco robotizada, pierde calidad. Utilizo micrófono condensador USB. Apunte: Me podéis ayudar?
En la configuración de audio tengo activado el filtro para sonidos externos tipo ladridos de perros.

As far as I can tell, when a zoom meeting host and co-host use the breakout rooms menu to configure breakout rooms (before they open), they each see their own copy of the meeting room configuration. Once one of them opens the breakout rooms, the host and co-host then both see the current, active configuration. Is there a way for hosts and co-hosts to see the same configuration while they are designing breakout room set-up (before the rooms open). I would like to build in redundancy so that if the host configures the breakout rooms, but then drop off due to a network issue, that the co-host would be able to see what the host already configured before dropping off, so they can quickly take over and open the breakout rooms without having to reconfigure what the host already did on their account.

Hello, We want to send a confirmation email using the Zoom template immediately after a participant registers, but without including the Zoom link, which we will send one day before the event using MailChimp. "Show join info on registration confirmation page" is NOT checked, yet it still shows the Zoom link in the registration confirmation email. Does anyone else have this issue/solution?

We have a need to switch from using personal meeting rooms to using scheduled meeting rooms.
The issue is that the custom personal meeting room links are already on invites that have gone out to people.
We want to set a "this meeting has not yet started" message that directs people to where the new meeting room is but does not show up for the people in the waiting-room if they are in the correct meeting.
Is there a way to do this?

I am trying to share audio. However I get a prompt asking for a password. I do not have a direct password as I sign in automatically through my apple devices? I am unable to locate a password anywhere relative to the apple sign ?
Thanks,
Jason
The release notes for 5.10.3 state there is now support for Multi-Spotlight for cloud recordings, and that the recording will recognize and record up to 9 spotlighted participants in a meeting or webinar. Is there a setting either in our app or user account settings we need to turn on for this, or does the Zoom cloud just automatically know people are spotlighted and records this way? Is there documentation on this yet anywhere?
Thank You.
