Good evening, I have a problem with my PRO page, as often,
I use ZOOM and I put my ZOOM live on my page, the problem is that I can no longer find my page when
I do a live zoom , I see another page that I no longer use, I went to the access settings and
I have my page selected... I don't know what to do anymore. Would anyone know how to do this please?

Zoom Storage and Recording

Does my zoom storage get shared with a user on my account? I have a co-coach added as a user and want for them to record their meetings to the cloud but it only lets them record locally.

I am needing to export or copy the list of attendees while the webinar is still active. I am not able to run the webinar report until the meeting is ended and I am not able to simply copy the names from the meeting itself. I've had no luck researching or chatting with the bot. 

 

Can anyone help me with this?

Resolved! Output volume too high on Mac with audio interface

I use a Behringer XR18 digital mixer as my audio interface, to an M1 Mac running Sonoma 14.3.1. Zoom is version 5.17.10.

 

Everyone hears me completely clearly, and I hear them. However, there is digital distortion (crackling sounds) now and then when multiple people speak, or one speaks particularly loudly (not when I speak - I have two levels of hardware compression ensuring my signal never rises above -18 dBu). 

 

The problem appears to be that the Zoom output signal is simply too hot. My mixer's channel meter clearly shows the output signal going into orange and red all the time, and this corresponds with the digital distortion. I have USB 1-2 mapped to the Zoom return channel, with the USB trim (mixer setting) at its lowest, -18.

 

As I'm using an audio interface, the speaker volume slider is locked.

 

Is there a way to reduce the output of Zoom into my audio interface?

Add invitees via options disappeared

Hi when i started using zoom pro after creating the meeting in the app I was able to click Invite and the Add invitees via option popped up and shows the options og Email, Whats app, message, copy to clipboard and a host of others.

 

Problem 1 was when selecting gmail it would go to the account that was currently open on my phone  and if i changed email to the correct account only the predictive names for the original email address show  were available. I worked around that one

 

The bigger problem is yesterday and today when selecting Add invitees via i now only get Messages or copy to clipboard as options the rest have disappeared. The chat bot doesnt understand my problem

I want to ask that once I set up sso, does it impact existing users or just an additional way to log in?  there is a configuration per user to use sso or not? can you force sso only?

so this has always worked and today it seemed to not want to work. My Tascam is updated to Firmware 1.41. it's connected to the computer with usb c connection. when I open zoom I get the audio into my speakers but no microphone out to zoom. I've uninstalled zoom and the plugins but still no connection to zoom. was there something that changed recently with zoom?

It only stops freezing if I share my screen. I’ve tried unloading and reloading but it didn’t make any difference. Can anybody help? I can’t work with it like this. Many thanks in advance, Sarah
