Hello! I hope you can help with this. The thing is, this is not always. 3 out of 10 times, the recording actually shows me in the bottom left corner, where I want my speaker window to be.
When I share my screen, choosing the second of the left option in where my face is seen, and the my entire desktop, after which I position my camera in the bottom left corner, instead of the top right, Zoom repositions my camera to the top right corner when I finish recording.
Why is this and how can I prevent Zoom from randomly moving my speaker window to the top right corner?
This is completely random, and I have to cross my fingers hoping zoom LEAVES the window in the bottom left.
so in short: I want speaker window, bottom left. I choose layout: bottom left speaker, I record and move active speaker window to bottom left corner. I stop recording, I stop sharing, I end meeting. Video is processed.
3 out of 10, face bottom left
other times, face top right.
I don't want top right, I want bottom left. Zoom randomly changes this.
I hope you can help!

Zoom on Windows 11 lags and freezes and is not useable. There are many posts referring to this problem, and they are marked as 'solved' by copying a 2 month old email promising a resolution and saying that it 'relatively works' - a response that is basically like spitting in your customer's face . Please tell us when we can expect a functional release of Zoom for Windows 11?

I have a MacBook Air (OS Venture 13.5) and Zoom (version 5.17.5). When I use Zoom through my browser, or through the Zoom app on my computer or iPhone SE, I do not have the option for Remote Control. I can share my screen, but I don't have the option for Remote Control. In Zoom settings, Basic Meetings Remote Control option is on. In my Mac Privacy settings, Zoom can access the camera, and Remote Management is on. Thanks for any suggestions.

We use Zoom for meetings. We have people sitting onsite and people logging in via Zoom. We have a PC connected to a TV monitor so that onsite people can see people on Zoom. (We turn off audio & video on the PC as we just want to display Zoom on TV monitor for onsite people.) We keep the PC/TV in Gallery mode (so onsite people can see Zoom people) and then MANUALLY SWITCH to Speaker mode when someone on Zoom speaks. Then we MANUALLY SWITCH back to Gallery mode when the speaker is done. It would be nice if there were a third option that did this automatically. The PC is not close to where onsite people are sitting and we connect PC to TV via HDMI cable so we need a person sitting next to the PC to do the manual switching. If Zoom had a third option, we wouldn't need the extra person doing the switching. We tried replacing the HDMI cable with Chromecast and Apple Play but then there is a noticeable delay betweeen the sound of the person's voice and their lip movements so, for us, HDMI is the way to go. For our setup, HDMI length limitations make it necessary to have someone sitting at the PC to do the switching. Another question: I couldn't find a way to submit this request directly to Zoom support. If anyone knows a way to do that, please let me know. Thanks.

How does a Zoom Host access the "recorded name" provided by a phone caller when they connect?
I have been using zoom as a user (vs. an admin) from my laptop with no issues (my email is my user-id). I just downloaded the app on my iPhone and tried to logon to it. The app sends an email with a verification code to my email (which is teh same as my user-id) but I never receive an email with the code. And yes I checked my spam folder as well. Any suggestions as what I should do next will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

During a meeting, zoom (web browser) keeps cutting the audio and prompting that it does not have access to the microphone. I tried to check in the zoom settings, and the microphone selection is defaulted to "Same as system", and there is no option to disable the microphone. Thank you.
I tune in to meeting on various computers (PCs) that do not have microphones. It only makes sense that zoom does not have access to the microphone, but it is absolutely infuriating that every few seconds the audio gets cut to prompt that the browser does not have access to the microphone.
How does one disable the prompt?

Hello there, my image is showing in a whole green tint. I've tried to run it in other platforms and apps and the image of my camera is perfectly fine. It' has to be something with Zoom specifically. I uninstalled zoom completely updated it, removed the acceleration hardware in video settings advanced, reinstalled the last zoom version and my camera is still in green color. I'm on Sonoma 14.2 (intel based). Please help! EDIT: Finally the problem was solved. Had to buy another Mac, but I solved it. If you are running an old mac with Open Legacy Patcher, don't expect Zoom to work properly. Thank you
