Dear Community,

we had a international Zoom Meeting last Sunday and were witness of an Hacker Attack. Apparently someone with a Russian Username  took control over the Whiteboard function and painted Svastikas and other vulgar stuff all over the board. After that the chat was fluted with svastikas (over 150 Messages in seconds). Also writings like " We have all your data"

My Question is:

How can that be avoided in the future without disabling all the functions?

Can it be investigated by Zoom how it came about?

Thank you for your reply and all the best,

Binaural

Hola/Hi,

======================================================================

We have the problem that when sending a Zoom call it reaches everyone in SPAM/JUNK/UNWANTED.

This is regardless of whether the person is allowed to that recipient, domain, etc. It keeps happening.

It doesn't matter where you create and send the call and who receives it, 90% of it is received as Unwanted.

We would like to know if this is something that happens to everyone and how to solve it since I haven't been able to find any information about it.

Unsuccessful solutions already tested:
- include the sender as desired
- include the domain as desired

Below is what we need to do for upcoming seminar. Is this possible? Need to run two separate presentations at same time, then open multiple breakout rooms for attendees to each presentation. We will have a hosts & co-host. We will pre-assign guests to Session A or Session B. All guests start in main room.

Session A people stay in main room for their presentation (45 mins.). Co-host will run presentation and manage rooms. Will go into breakout rooms (30 mins.) with other people who attended Session A. After 30 mins. co-host will close session A breakout rooms and return people to main meeting.

Session B people will move out of main meeting room to one breakout room for presentation (45 mins.). Host will run presentation and manage rooms. Session B people will need to move into breakout rooms with ONLY other people who attended Session B. After 30 mins. co-host will close Session B breakout rooms and return people to main meeting.

Is this possible to do? How do I set up and execute?
