Incessant pop-ups
I had non-stop pop-ups blocking me from viewing the 2 hour class. The pop-up was a symbol of a green phone. How can I turn this off, if at all please?

After posting for help, of course, this has now magically resolved itself.Everything was fine until last week. I have a MacBook Pro Sonoma 14.5 OS. Starting last week, when I turn the Zoom camera on during a call, it show my chosen background, the green camera light on the laptop turns on, but it doesn't broadcast - my face does not show live on the Zoom. It's just my background image. Help.

This problem is really annoying. Every time Zoom tries to change to the current feature, the problem occurs. I use Zoom on iPad. I need to type and draw. The problem has effected my work a lot. I've have complaints this on Zoom community many times, but it seems like the technician team wont' do anything.

Hello, Multiple users have reported this issue and I'm not sure how to resolve it. It appears as though the add-on connect had been severed somehow but after updates, uninstalling and reinstalling it would not even let the users log out of the add-on and re-enter their credentials. Access to the Teams webapp is seamless though. Anyone else having this same issue?

Hello Zoom Community, I have encountered a persistent issue with Zoom during my screen sharing sessions and would appreciate any help or suggestions. Here are the details: I am an annual subscriber of Zoom and have access to Zoom-Workplace. During Zoom meetings, when I act as a co-host and share my screen to present a PowerPoint presentation, everything initially works fine. However, once I finish the presentation and stop sharing my screen, the Zoom interface does not return to its normal state. Instead, the screen shrinks (no longer in full screen), and several controls become unresponsive. Specifically, I am unable to click on messages or return the screen to full screen mode or even logout. Despite these issues, I can still communicate with the audience without any problems. This issue has been occurring for the past few weeks. Previously, everything functioned normally even after stopping screen sharing. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including: - Updating Zoom to the latest version Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance! Best regards,

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem.

Hello. So I've been having this problem for a long time. On my wireless headphones, all zoom audio is very distorted. Even the audio test is distorted. Audio is clear when using other programs such as discord on the same headphones, and it's clear when using other audio devices, such as my external speakers, on zoom. I've tried disabling/re-enabling spatial audio through the sound control panel, I tried disabling surround sound for my headphones through it's app. I also tried plugging in the wireless adapter to different ports on my system to see if there were any interference. Nothing works. Discord's audio is very very clear, but I need to use zoom on my headphones

Ive set up “Breakout Rooms” as an option in my meeting settings. However when I’m using the App I don’t have access to the function. The Icon just isn’t available. if I go via the Web everything is there. I’ve deleted and re-installed the App but no luck. Is breakout room functionality only available on the Web or am I missing something?
