During the ZOOM meeting,
・When you are the only participant
・If you start a breakout room and are the only one left in the main room
・When spotlight is placed on everyone
When only you are visible on the screen, the ZOOM app becomes extremely slow.

Other than that, it works without any problems, so I don't think there are any problems with the communication environment, PC specs, camera, etc.

Please lend me your wisdom to resolve this.

I assigned breakout rooms for our weekly team meeting. I assigned a co-host in the case I wasn't able to start the meeting. Since he was not part of any of the breakout rooms he left the meeting. Once he dropped off the call, it ended the breakout rooms for everyone, even though I was still on the call. Do I just need to remove any co-hosts? Do I have to keep the meeting going to keep the breakrooms open?

Automated captions/live transcription not working

Hi. The automated captions/live transcription does not work on my work Zoom account. The 'closed captions' function works fine but the live transcription doesn't show despite having turned it on in account settings. I thought perhaps it was user erro... Show more

Hi. The automated captions/live transcription does not work on my work Zoom account. The 'closed captions' function works fine but the live transcription  doesn't show despite having turned it on in account settings. I thought perhaps it was user error/I was enabling the function incorrectly so tried it on my free Zoom personal account and it works fine on that. Whatever I do though, I cant get it to work on my work account. I am on the latest version of Zoom so I don't think its that. Any ideas?

Why is it that when I enter an attendees email into a meeting that they don't actually receive an email? I've tried scheduling a meeting as a test with myself as with other people and they never actually receive an invite. Is this a Zoom problem or i... Show more

Why is it that when I enter an attendees email into a meeting that they don't actually receive an email?   I've tried scheduling a meeting as a test with myself as with other people and they never actually receive an invite.   Is this a Zoom problem or is their a setting that I've got wrong that's preventing the email invite from being sent?  I'm using Zoom One Pro if that helps.

I cant lunch zoom on Android

I use an expensive tablet which is Sumsung tab s8 ultra whith all updates. (Android 14, ui 6.) Zoom is not starting. When I put a button lunch Zoom nothing happens.

During the meeting, the host just assigned me to be the host when she had to be away shortly and also asked me to record the meeting. I chose to recoding the meeting on cloud. However,  after the meeting end, I have just realized that I haven't signed in using my zoom account. Is there any solution where to find the recording of this meeting at all??

I have installed Zoom Workplace 6.1.1. My previous Zoom had camera and audio icons in the bottom of the window, enabling me to turn them on and off during a meeting. My new version does not have a camera icon at all, and the audio icon is only a link to settings. 

Can I install camera ind audio on/off icons?

Acceptance email

Zoom base profile with Teams

If Zoom is the base profile and Teams is also available, is it possible for there to be a functionality issue with Teams that does not show up in Zoom as well?

 

Example - if the mics in a Teams meeting are not picking up signal, is there any reason they would work in Zoom instead, or is the functionality of Teams dependent on Zoom's ability to do all of its functions properly?

 

Trying to figure out if I need to keep testing Teams meetings as well when I'm testing a room, or if I can just test Zoom, and if there was any issue, it would show up in Zoom.
