I am trying to customize Waiting Room on my Zoom Pro account.  I have two Pro accounts and on one option visible to edit.  The other account options are greyed out and option for j.peg not even shown.  They are the same level account. I had Waiting Room customized and suddenly went to default after being customized for several months.

I am going to Admin, Account Management, Account Settings, Waiting Room options, customize Waiting room.

When using screen sharing layouts, It shows the correct layout to the zoom participants. However, those on live stream cannot see the correct layout. For instance on Facebook and Youtube, viewers only see my shared screen, they cannot see the layout that those on zoom can see.

I attempted to download the registration report for a meeting I had today but it says that data wasn't there. I've done this successfully with other meetings so I'm not sure what went wrong. How can I get the report if it isn't showing up? Thanks!

I use Zoom to start meetings or link to meeting links to me. I started having issues with my screen around 4 months ago. My video screen shows up as a white box. Sometimes sound will be on and sometimes not (even when audio is "on" AND image is "on"). The white box fills the space of the screen where the real-time image of me would normally be. Then sometimes it will come on and suddenly everyone can see me and hear me. Vexing, especially when intermittent and no changes on my end have been executed to my knowledge. I've tried updating Zoom. Did not help. 
I work on a Mac Mini 2012, OS Catalina Version 10.15.7. This malady keeps me from using Zoom from my desktop. My camera is a Logitech that is attached independently to my Apple screen. Interestingly, people can view my screen-share on my desktop. I can use Zoom with no problem on my iPhone 8. 

During the ZOOM meeting,
・When you are the only participant
・If you start a breakout room and are the only one left in the main room
・When spotlight is placed on everyone
When only you are visible on the screen, the ZOOM app becomes extremely slow.

Other than that, it works without any problems, so I don't think there are any problems with the communication environment, PC specs, camera, etc.

Please lend me your wisdom to resolve this.

Hi. The automated captions/live transcription does not work on my work Zoom account. The 'closed captions' function works fine but the live transcription  doesn't show despite having turned it on in account settings. I thought perhaps it was user error/I was enabling the function incorrectly so tried it on my free Zoom personal account and it works fine on that. Whatever I do though, I cant get it to work on my work account. I am on the latest version of Zoom so I don't think its that. Any ideas?

Why is it that when I enter an attendees email into a meeting that they don't actually receive an email?   I've tried scheduling a meeting as a test with myself as with other people and they never actually receive an invite.   Is this a Zoom problem or is their a setting that I've got wrong that's preventing the email invite from being sent?  I'm using Zoom One Pro if that helps.
