I will be hosting a zoom meeting with a total of five attendees, including myself who will be running the meeting. How do I assign breakout rooms and how do I enter and leave breakout rooms with attendees.

I have a Pro account and scheduled a weekly meeting. Today was the first meeting. I sent the link that has the passcode embedded, but people were sent to the waiting room. Afterwards, I edited all meetings to check if I might have changed it, but it was still showing, as you can see in the image I sent. But then, I went to Zoom.us and as you can see, the Security Setting is grayed out and has overridden the meeting setting and required it be secured, and defaulted to the waiting room. Why won't it let me change this? It's my personal Pro account. Thanks!

How do you make the participants to be admitted automatically in the meeting without letting the host to admit each participant at their entering?
The recent update to the Timer app added a series of orchestral/band sounds to indicate that the timer has run out. Now that selectable sounds are a feature within the app, I'd like to ask for at least a few sounds that are more simple/less "busy": I use the app for online group meditations and the default BEEP is decent but not ideal, and the selectable sounds which have just been added are not at all a value-add. Please consider adding at least one of the following:

if Im on a zoom call on my phone and answer an incoming phone call while putting zoom on hold, is there a possible way that Im heard by the other zoom participants while talking to the incoming caller?
I was co-host and recorded a session to the cloud. My host has checked their recording list and can’t find the record there. Can someone direct to where we are to find the video? I know it was recording because my job is to check that, and I was watching that it was still going throughout the record. I also distinctly remember when I stopped it. There should be a 2-ish hour long video, but the only one the host sees is a short 47-sec video that she turned on at the beginning before switching to me co-hosting and hitting record. And no, it was not recorded locally. Again, I know this because I recorded the first session locally but the second to the cloud because of an unstable connection.

Hello, I tried many times to join a meeting today for an interview. However, each link that the interviewer sent me was invalid. They said that all of the links are working perfectly on their end and tested it. I'm sad that I wasn't able to do the interview. I tested my audio and video and everything's working great. Can someone help? Thank you

So, we have quite a few PC's that have auto updated to 6.1.1 of Workspace and when they try and run Zoom it wont load.
We have to remove 6.1.1 and re-install 6.0.0
Anyone else had this issue ?
Doesnt affect everyone
Recently we have noticed an increasing number of user who are seeing that their Google Calendar integration to Zoom is broken. When scheduling a new meeting from a Google calendar using the workspace add on, users are seeing that the Topic says "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced)" this meeting then appears in the previous meetings on their Zoom web portal as being in 1980. There are also a lot of live and past meeting in the dashboard which are listed as "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced)".
Is anyone aware of anything with Google changing the integration again?
Individually, users can sign out of the workspace add on and back in which seems to fix this on a per user basis.

The format of timer app seems to change. I used to have buttons for pausing, resetting etc. Also there was history of time used before and some options (1 min. 3 min. 5 min.). Now display is a digital timer (00:00:00) and a START bar. Also noticed the number 1 next to apps icon (showing number of apps loaded) no longer there. Fred
