When I schedule a meeting (university account) and add it to my calendar (private gmail account), it asks for "additional" permissions every single time, even though zoom has full access to that calendar according to my google account security settings. Every time I confirm the permissions, but it does not seem to stick. How can I avoid that popup?

I have earlier managed to record without problems speaker with shared screen when showing powerpoint. It seems now to be impossible. It records only speaker video and the point when I start sharing screen and choosing start powerpoint. Can't figure out what is wrong since I checked the recording options and those seemed to be okay. Can anyone figure out what am I doing wrong?

I have made a recording which is saved to the local recordings. I now need to download this and can't seem to do that. It downloads in .zoom extension which I can't convert into anything and therefore can't view the audio-video recoding back. Can anyone help?

I just spent hours recording multiple recordings in Zoom under 1 meeting. I can't find any of them. I checked my zoom folder on my computer, and recordings folder on my zoom account. Only 1 recording is coming up, when there should be 4 of them. Where did they go? PLEASE HELP! I worked so hard on this project.

Updated to newest version as prompted on 07-21.  Everything was fine until first person joined: my picture went out of focus.  Background was OK.  Logged out and back in: myself was now in focus, but my background did not show to me even though the others could see it.  Proceeded with meeting for about an hour and I locked up solidly and had to use the power button to shut down.  Logged back in and everything seemed fine, but I moved my hand in front of the camera and I went blurry to myself and everyone else.

Linux Ubuntu 24.04, Logitech HD camera, Ryzen 9 7900, 32 gig RAM, RTX 3080.

I never ever had a problem with Zoom in way over a year.  There must be a problem with the new update?  Please help.  No error codes appeared, but the is a dump file in the folder that I cannot view the contents of.

I recently recorded a meeting and one of the participants periodically appeared in the meeting despite my not seeing this while the meeting was taking place and being recorded.  I believe I pinned the screen that we wanted to record.  All participants were muted.  I did forget to end recording prior to ending the meeting, though I was able to retrieve the meeting from the cloud later, and I don't see how this  would relate to that problem.  I  just would like to know what I did wrong so that it doesn't happen again.  

Hello, is there a way to rename participants based on a pre-defined spreadsheet?

There is a group of helpers to ensure all participants rename themselves using a pattern appending their roles to the names.

The desired flow could be:

1. Read the name of the participant
2. If the naming convention is not followed, attempt find out the desired name from the spreadsheet.
3. If the attempt above does not succeed, (i.e. some logs in with a name of "iphone" or "ipad"), prefixing with "000" because participants' names in the list are jumping up and down rapidly; helpers would need to manually fix the renaming

Would there be any API (or Zoom Apps) to help implement these? Thanks, Alan.
