Good day, I scheduled a meeting and posted a message to the participants in the meeting chat however I got this notice: that x email address is an external user and cannot be added and to Change my privacy settings to add the user, but I am not seeing anything is privacy to adjust.

Waiting Room enabled and participants in waiting room but Host cannot see waiting room.
I have a user that schedules meetings for their manager. Meetings are scheduled in Outlook and in some meetings appointments they use the Zoom Outlook plug-in to add a Zoom call. In Outlook, the user has "Read and Manage" and "Send As" permissions. In Zoom this user has been assigned Schedule Privilege in Zoom by their manager. When this user creates a Outlook meeting without a zoom link, they can reschedule the meeting as normal. When the user creates an Outlook meeting and adds a Zoom meeting they can save the meeting, but when trying to reschedule a meeting that also contains a Zoom call link, the meeting will always revert back to it's original time. Has anyone ever seen this happen and know of a fix? TIA, Eric

Recently, about 2 weeks ago, I've had issues with seeing my clients in the waiting room when they enter using a laptop, as soon as they switch to their mobile phone, they pop up in the waiting room. Probably 25% of clients that use a laptop I can see them in the waiting room and the rest have to switch to their mobile phone. Is this a user error or some kind of glitch with Zoom?

I had recorded some zoom meetings to a computer that was lost. Is it possible to recover these recorded meetings somehow?

Hi, I just concluded a 2 hour meeting recording to my computer (as a co-host). I saw the horizontal bar that shows percentage of completion of "Convert Meeting Recording". When I got back from lunch, the box disappeared, and I see the Zoom folder in Windows Explorer with: 1) Audio file (67.3kb) 2) Chat 3) Recording image with type .conf (size 1 kb). How can I get the .mp4 (audio & video) downloaded, so I can share it with my colleagues? Thanks, Gerald
