I am unable to access my Zoom recordings in the cloud or on my laptop via the documents folder. I have only some of the recordings, some are very old recordings I no longer need. the recordings I record even with a smart assistant are not accessible both in the documents folder on my laptop and in the cloud via recordings and meetings. I sent a request to zoom to correct this a week ago and have not received a response.

Hello Zoom Community,I recently updated to the latest version of Zoom Workplace v6.4.0 software and noticed that it is using an End-of-Life (EOL) version of the OpenSSL library, specifically v3.1.7. Given the importance of maintaining up-to-date security protocols, I am concerned about the potential vulnerabilities associated with using an outdated library.Could anyone provide information on whether Zoom has plans to address this issue in upcoming updates? Is there a timeline for when a fix might be implemented?

Hi,
Over and over again a black box with white text appears, saying that my microphone hasn´t been detected for a while and I should check the connection. This is most disturbing and it is also wrong. (How) can I get rid of it ?

Hello, everyone I always enjoyed to monitor each meeting duration by checking that timer over the right top of Zoom app window, during the meeting itself. But it suddenly vanished today. Can anyone please guide me - step by step - how to put it back? I just coudn't find it.

Hi Zoom
We would like to enable the Personal Zoom Room without requiring a pairing code. Could you please confirm if this is possible and provide the necessary steps to configure it?
As an Admin, is there a way to identify the host of a Zoom meeting by the PMI in the meeting link? We have meeting invitations which appear to be sent by an outside user's email, but that person didn't send them. For security purposes we're attempting to track down whose account was used to create the meeting link.

Hey! I’m writing here because I have a question about logging into Zoom meetings. When I tried to join a Zoom meeting using a non-logged-in account, I got Zoom error code 13215 and couldn’t join the meeting. However, when I tried again with a logged-in account, I was able to join without any issues. I had set the meeting to allow non-logged-in participants before starting the room, but for some reason, the non-logged-in account still couldn’t join. Does anyone know why this might have happened or what possible reasons could cause this? I’d really appreciate your help!

My Video stopped working the last two weeks, have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, updated all drivers (which were already up-to-date) and all I get is a black screen for myself. Everything else is working just fine...only started 2 weeks ago...!!
