Zoom always mutes even if option is off

Ever since an update a couple of months ago, Zoom always starts a meeting muted, despite the option 'mute when joining' being off. Happens for both meetings where I am host as well as participant. 

I also tried to set 'auto adjust mic volume' to off but no luck.

This is incredibly annoying.

Any thoughts?

スピーカービューで録画したものをギャラリービューに変更する方法

開催したセミナーの様子を録画すべく複数のデバイスで同じzoomにログインし、レコーディングを行ったのですが誤ってスピーカービューで録画してしまったようで録画データを見たところ、他デバイスで撮影していた会場の全体像が録画に表示されなくなっていました。録画を終えた今の段階で、会場全体を表示するためにギャラリービューに変更する等、何か解決策はないでしょうか？

I bought iPad Pro 12.9 6th generation last year. I hold online meetings with up to 50 members. During a meeting my Zoom disconnects 2 or 3 times in a 90 minute session. It never gives an error code.
I am very upset after paying a lot of money for an expensive device and zoom subscription. But facing this embarrassing situation.
Can anyone help how to deal with this problem?
My iPad is up to date, Zoom is up to date.
I have been facing this problem since the day I bought the iPad.

As per my understanding this issue is with Zoom app for iPad Pro. which is not compatible with the device.

I opened the meeting and looked at the data and it does show me and my correct email as the host. I'd prefer not to cancel this standing meeting I've had for ~2 years, has anyone had this challenge?

Для компании купили бизнес лицензию , чтобы объединить все учетные записи под один бизнес аккаунт.
1. При переходе у сотрудников был выбор - зачислить деньги себе обратно на счет, либо на счет того, кто приглашает в пространство. Все выбирали зачислить тому, кто приглашает в корп аккаунт. Итого, где посмотреть, сумму остатка и у кого именно?
Можно ли отследить в базе зум, куда зачислился остаток средств у сотрудников, которые до этого использовали индивидуальный Zoom аккаунт (с подпиской PRO) после перехода на корпоративную подписку?
2. Можно ли приобрести новые лицензии на бизнес аккаунт используя остаток
учетной записи, которую консалидировали?
