I scheduled an informational zoom meeting and found out that some people did not receive the passcode, they only received the link. Is there a way to disable the passcode and let them in via the waiting room?
When I move a Zoom meeting in the Outlook Desktop app It does not update on the Zoom website. Even though the dates are not the same is the meeting invite code the same? I'm not sure if I need to change the date on the Zoom website, download the iCalendar file and resend it and cancel the previous one?

Can anyone help? I have my pronouns set to show at all times but when I record on Zoom the pronouns vanish.

Has anyone had issues with being on a zoom mtg where you can hear and see the others and they can see you fine, but you can't navigate any of the features? They are all frozen. This has happened a couple of time now. I can't reduce or enlarge the screen to full size and I can't do anything else, ie unmute or chat. I couldn't even close zoom today. The only way is to restart my laptop. I use Mac Airbook. Everything else on my computer responds, it's only zoom that does this. Any suggestions? Thanks, T

I use 4 different recurring meetings and one of them has disappeared. How can I recover it? It is no longer listed when I log into my zoom account on the web and go to zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming
