I am hosting a meditation and the microphone does not pick up my snaps which are needed for the process. i have a microphone , I have it on Low setting -what can i do?

Good morning, Hold on, let me get my IT team around me. Let's see... there's me, then myself, and there is also I. I guess that's a three person IT team. My dog kind of helps with stuff; should I include him? So, you won't let me use Zoom unless I upgrade it, which, apparently, I have to contact my IT Team about, which is why I brought the three of us (plus one canine) together to compose this message. That being handled, how about you tell 'us' why you are making our lives difficult right at the moment I am trying to get onto a Zoom by refusing to allow me to use your program without an upgrade that I apparently need to contact my IT Team about? You know, Microsoft Teams doesn't need me to have an IT Team in place to have a 15-minute planning conversation. Maybe I should go there. Or, you can stop playing games with all of us and give us a service that is easy to use and consistent. Up to you, Zoom. Wow, talk about a company that didn't capitalize on the "good times" of COVID; just shoved as much of our money as possible in their pockets.

We had a Cloud recording this afternoon for a meeting in which the recording stopped unexpectedly midway and then we restarted the recording. After the meeting, we noticed that only the last 24 minutes of the meeting is available. Approximately the first 35-40 minutes cannot be found within the Zoom Portal or on the hosts local computer. Is there any way to obtain the missing portion of the meeting?

At last week scheduled meeting only 4 members were able to log on ,they kept getting the message that they needed an account. This is the same ID and passcode we have been using since we started using zoom and it is the first time this has ever happened.. I want to know why this has happened

This is the third meeting we have had in which my team (who is the host) has been kicked out multiple times. The meeting continues without them, and they have no issues rejoining. We are hard-wired to the internet and use a desktop and the desktop version of Zoom. We have a huge meeting coming up and want to make sure this does not occur. Please advise.

I facilitate a regular Zoom meeting with 200-250 participants. I want to use the poll feature, and I am wondering if there is a way for participants to avoid using the QR code when answering the poll questions. Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello! In a meeting yesterday I was set a number of helpful links, however I forgot to save them before exiting the meeting. I didn't create the meeting, so it is not showing up in my Previous Meetings tab in my Zoom account. Is there any way to recover the links? Or are they lost and I need to ask for them to be resent by the person i was speaking with?

We have created a custom registration form for a meeting that requires people organization name and job title. The downloaded .CSV file doesn't include those questions, only the standard information, even when we go through the Reports menu. Is there any way to get the custom questions included in the download file of attendees?

Hi. I recorded a podcast interview using Zoom. After closing Zoom, it automatically downloaded the recording to my desktop and created a folder there. However, I changed the folder name before the recordings were completely downloaded, and now the download/conversion is stuck at 50% with no progress. I think it's because I changed the folder name. Do you have any idea how I can retrieve the video recording? Does Zoom have a backup cloud recording available?
