Ever since Zoom issued an upgrade to Zoom workplace recently, I've been unable to connect to Zoom meetings.  I received error message that ARM chip processor will be required and instead of connecting my tablet Zoom crashes.  It worked fine prior to this upgrade.   My tablet is Lenovo YB1-X90F which uses Intel Atom based on x 86 architecture.   How can Zoom introduce an upgrade, without notice,  which no longer works unless your device has ARM chip processor.
Are there any solutions?

Hi everyone,

I’m Darshan Hiranandani, encountering an issue with sending messages in Zoom team chat through my browser. When I try to send a message in any team chat channel, I receive an error message that says:

Message could not be sent
Retry Delete

I’ve tried this on both Chrome and Firefox, but the problem persists on both browsers.

Could anyone offer suggestions or advice on how to resolve this issue? Any troubleshooting tips or steps to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Ssl+ proxy

Hi helpful members, we are using superlumin firewall online our environment and we have zoom issue as it freezes and connections drops. we never configured any udp settings or routed traffic to any supernets of IP. The connection is using ssl+proxy. ... Show more

Stuck in waiting room

I am able to access the meeting wait room but never get past the window that says to wait for the host for the meeting to begin.  There is a circle that just keeps spinning in the window but I'm never admitted to the meeting.    

Can Zoom write installing dependencies commands instead of just listing them?

As in the Installing or updating Zoom on Linux document, there are 19 dependencies of zoom.

You just list them, then ALL users should rewrite their own installing instructions to install ALL dependencies.

 

So, why cannot you just write the installing instructions in official document instead of just list them ?

Such as, sudo apt install dep1 dep2 dep3 ..., then all Zoom users just need to copy and paste and run.

That saves  a little time of one user/client. But, Zoom has many many users around the world...

I'm an art teacher and want to record my art classes. I have tried numerous times to record my camera pointed down at my artwork and even when I pin that view, it only records in Speaker Mode...which is always my head!! The customer support on this app is non-existent and I'm about to cancel my subscription and go with another service. I also use music in my classes and no matter what preferences I select, it mutes out all music on the sessions.
