I can't open Zoom because I need Software version 5.16.6, or higher, to open Zoom. When I download Zoominstaller.exe to update my software, I am told that I have to Login in order to open the file. When I try to Login, I am told that I need Software version 5.16.6, or higher. I am currently using version 5.16.22807. How do I get out of this look inorder to update my so

Prior to Zoom launching an update to surveys, I could use a third party survey link to show after a meeting closes. I would select the survey tab and then use a third-party survey; that option is now gone. When I go to surveys on the left navigation, it only gives me an option to create a survey using the Zoom platform. Is there a way to add a third party link? The functionality was already enabled on my account via the main account holder.

I am Not able to chat with my company's contacts and all my company's contact show as external contacts. Besides, i have been facing hanging of the zoom screen and and messages like force quit the zoom during calls.

After i update my zoom on my mac laptop, i can't add video background as befour i could the button is not there i can add pic for background that working ok, i am using a green sceen but can't add any video i went to settings and made sure that button on the site is turned on but still can't add anyvideo, i tryed it on my desktop mac and that is working i don't kno what to do

Hello, These days, I am working on an application that allows users of this to delegate the making of the video call, via the RestFull API, to this application. So I have made the app on the marketplace in Server To Server OAuth mode, thus having the centralised account from which it will receive requests from users for the realisation of meetings. Now, a doubt has occurred to me, and it would be the following: is it possible to host two meetings taking place at the same time on the same day without the host who realised (i.e. the subject itself), being there?
