How can I create this poll and add it to my meeting?
I somehow have my work email linked to my personal zoom account. It's making it where I have a 40 minute limit on my meetings. I need to unlink my work email from my personal account but haven't found a way to do that. Help!
I set up an event with required registration. I see from the social media metrics interface that at least 300 people have clicked to register, yet no one has succeeded in registering :-(. When I and others test the zoom link, it sometimes go to the registration page, and sometimes go to "If you are the host, please start the meeting" page,even if it's 1st time someone is on the link. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? and more importantly, how to solve this issue?

Zoom will only play audio through my monitors speakers, even though my computers default (and selected) output device is my headphones. I'm using windows 11.
First, let me say that not having access to chat agents as a paid user is quite insulting. I'm writing because, in a very important Zoom teaching session on Tuesday of this week, I had to swat Zoom flies as messages popped up from Zoom. Repeatedly, I had to choose to decline or accept whatever it was. I would be gone now if I had an alternative for my wife and myself. We are heavy Zoom users; we pay a good amount for the 50-plus package (another ad that won't stop on my account), and I am a paid (apparently poverty-level) user without the honor of being able to chat with anyone at support. (Gives us that warm and fuzzy!) We really just want Zoom to leave us alone. I will not stop here until I find out who is responsible for Zoom bombing our meetings with pop-up ads. If I can disable them, will someone tell me where? If I can't, where can I complain as the poverty-level user I am? I hope someone here with a voice (someone who matters to Zoom, because obviously our money and customer level don't) will tell Zoom how disappointed I am with the unwelcome intrusion into a very difficult class I'm teaching, showing up unauthorized to let me know about a feature. You're so worried about privacy and rules, but you can show up without my permission to "help" me. Not cool at all! Stay out of my Zoom meetings with your pop-ups!

I need to use a PMI from one zoom account that would not allow me to do upgrade because I used google to upgrade subscription, I guess in error. I had to upgrade another account so I can have the time and attendees upgrade. I still need to use the old pmi and password because programs have already been sent

Details about troubleshooting steps you have already taken: I recorded a Zoom session on my computer. At the end, it did not convert because another file was open (if I remember rightly). The zip-folder for the session has a file named "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom" but nothing happens when I double-click or when I try to open the file. How can I get this file to convert? There are audio and video files in the folder too, but they are of a subsequent recording (duplicates of the zip-file for today's recording).Any ideas?

Hi folks, A customer of mine from San Francisco is unable to join my personal room, regardless of what device is joined on, and unmute or turn on the video. A tablet, and two laptops of theirs all join my personal room and remain muted and video-off despite efforts. They can join on their phone just fine, though. Is this a me problem? Is this a them problem? Is this a wifi problem or internet provider problem? Any guidance would be appreciated!
