Hi. I have an organization with several Zoom users. All of us are able to join video calls in the browser (using the built-in web version, not the SDK). All of us are able to use virtual backgrounds except one person. This person keeps getting the following error: They are using the most recent version of Chrome. Why is this issue happening?

Does anyone know how to ensure zoom makes a noise at the start of a scheduled meeting as a reminder you have a call? I used to have this feature and now it's not working and I am missing calls because of it. Thanks
I have a intel i5-46xx CPU and 16gb of ram. Before the update I had been using virtual backgrounds with no issue. Immediately after the update they were disabled. The article has not been updated with any new requirements if something's changed.
When I call Zoom to speak with technical support, I have to give my ID meeting number and my six digit passcode. Zoom says my passcode is invalid, however, the code is in my profile information. Why do they say it is invalid? How can I actually talk with Zoom technical support?

We have an AA meeting that is listed on the international site - we get people attending from all over. We screen people as soon as they come on - they have to show their face and tell us their name and its been pretty chill until today. Some person managed to get on and disable all the security settings. They typed the N word about 1,000 times in the chat, even though chat was disabled. They posted a gross video and it jumped from one person to another, so fast we couldn't even keep up with it. In a vain attempt to kick them off we ended up kicking off several people who were just being hijacked by the bomber. Even though all microphones were muted with the setting that no one can unmute themselves without being asked to, this person wasn't muted. We can't make our meeting invitation only, it's open to the public, that's the very spirit of an AA meeting. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you for your response. It would be extremely helpful if the host/co-host could screen people (at least make them turn on their camera and introduce themselves) IN THE WAITING ROOM before actually admitting them to the meeting. We have a WOMEN'S AA meeting daily. Almost every day bombers use a woman's name with camera off to get admitted into the meeting. Once they are in they turn their camera on and say & do terrible things for all to see and hear. If we could catch them in the waiting room it would be SO much better!! We do not want to make the meeting private because we want to help alcoholics who need a meeting. Screening in the waiting room would be a beneficial addition to the zoom platform. Thank you

I have a recurring meeting from an old subscription I was a part of, but I didn’t schedule it. I am unable to delete it.
Anyone know a fix? I contacted organizer and waiting for a response.
