Resolved! RECORD IN THE CLOUD

i have the professional plan. 5gb in the cloud. But I have only on meeting of 2 hours 4 people recorded, and zoom says u have no space available to record in the cloud. How many recordings , or hours recordes is 5gb?

I have been trying to use the Zoom App for the Apple Vision Pro.  However the audio consistently cuts out every 5 mins or so, where I can not be heard nor can others hear me.  The only resolution is to leave the meeting and come back.  There is also a Reddit thread on this as well so it is not just me.  Thanks.

Will Zoom automatically change from GMT London to BST london?

Hello,
On 26.03.2024, I held a meeting between 18.00-19.00 European time. I forgot to record the chat messages during that meeting. How can I access the chat recordings?

How to disable "you are chatting as a guest zoom" message box?

"you are chatting as a guest Zoom" message box appears whenever someone chats in a team chat.

Is it possible to disable this message box by me in case I'm not a host or co-host? 

40-min limits

I know that Zoom is offering the following for free accounts hosting meetings in Ukraine: Hosts in Ukraine on free accounts can use Zoom to host meetings without the 40-minute limit.

But I unfortunately I have this limit, can it be removed?

I'm using zoom with interpretation for 2 years. We need to add Italian as proposed languages but we don't see Italian when creating a meeting.

 

What have i done ?

Following the documentation i've added Italian as new language (now i have the list of the 9 default languages + Italian with a red cross to delete it). It's into Profile management - Profile parameters, chapter "Language interpretation. Sorry if the text is not exact i'm running french version.

Now, when i create a new meeting with interpretation i can see the 9 (default) languages (as before) but not the new one (Italian).

 

Can you tell me if i missed anything please ?

Please, note that i've created "Italian" value one week ago.

Delete recordings after account change

We used to have a pro account, but have now downgraded. We do still have cloud recordings, and they take up a lot of space. I am now getting about 4 emails a day warning me about this storage issue, but I can't resolve it because I can't get to the r... Show more

We used to have a pro account, but have now downgraded. We do still have cloud recordings, and they take up a lot of space. I am now getting about 4 emails a day warning me about this storage issue, but I can't resolve it because I can't get to the recordings since my account is not a pro one.

 

Also can't reach support because I'm not a paid customer anymore.

 

Please help?

New Granular Scope for meeting recording

Which granular scope will be needed to start, stop recording and list the recordings for a meeting using In server-to-server OAuth app. Actually I need to create a new  server-to-server OAuth app but the I am not getting the recording scopes.
