Dear all

I am hosting a webinar for therapists. One of us wants to do a demo-session: so I will have to get all participants to view three persons at once that are all online and not at the same place - Virtually it would mean that three screens are viewed at once by the group. Is that possible and if so, how do I do this. I searched the internet but could not find it? Is there a tutorial on this? 

Hopefully someone can help me out!

Shared screen Records multiple partcipants

I'm working with a client, and we are trying to record the screensharing of 7-10 participants per session. However, when we check the recordings, it only shows one recording, which captures the screen of the active speaker. I'm unsure how to resolve this and have been trying to figure it out in the settings but can't find a solution.

As the host during a webinar and while a panelist is screen sharing with video, I view the presentation in Side-by-Side.  Is it possible for the cloud recording to recoding this view?

 

Is there a complication if I also have transcription turned on?

My question is how I share my screen and have my speaker view side-by-side?

Failure to connect

I teach online full-time.  On Monday, 9/10 at around 6 pm, there was a failure to connect.  Zoom buffered indefinitely.  My internet connection was fine because I was able to do searches in Google and on Edge.   I had to cancel the class.  I had been working on the laptop (hp intel core i7) all day.  I had even had a Zoom training that morning.  There is nothing wrong with the computer.  I had a Zoom training meeting this morning.

I would like to know if anyone else experienced an outage or glitch or whatever you want to call it, on Monday, 9/10 at around 6 pm.  What should I do to troubleshoot in the future?  How should I handle it?  Cancelling is really not a good way handle the situation.

PS:  I work for an agency, so we have a business account.

Error Code: It just said, "waiting for host", I think.  I don't remember an error code.

Troubleshooting:  I checked my internet connection, refreshed.  Logged out of the meeting and restarted it.  Closed all other tabs.

Zoom Audio Disconnecting after muting

We use zoom meetings for our company most of the day. We have to mute the host every so often, but when we unmute recently (within the past month) the audio of the host stops. We have to manually disconnect the audio and rejoin. The app is up to date on all devices, our devices are up to date, we have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

3rd party sign on issue

Using version 6.1.11 

Issue:  a client, who can log in to other zoom invites,  can not log into our invite without being asked to 'log back on'.  how can we disable this.

Hi, please fix that stupid  bug. I've read already that a lot of people have that problem. I was forced to update my Zoom Version last night to 5.16.6., since then it doesn't start anymore. I am using a Windows 11 Desktop Computer. I already tried downgrading the version to 5.16.0, but still doesn't start. FIX THAT! I

Is it possible for a person to host a zoom meeting and they see bad connection from me?

I had a zoom meeting today for a test and the host told me that my connection was bad and then they shared their screen showing that my connectivity was low and they said my video was cutting off. From my end the connection was fine I can see her and... Show more

I had a zoom meeting today for a test and the host told me that my connection was bad and then they shared their screen showing that my connectivity was low and they said my video was cutting off. From my end the connection was fine I can see her and hear her perfectly, I also had a zoom call with colleague to test my connection and he had no issues with me. How is this possible?  How can the host see my connection strength but I can't see their connection?
