Since the update to workplace there is no way to get a clean video feed on the second monitor. Is there a way to disable the full screen button? and only be able to use escape to exit full screen on the pinned 2nd screen video?
I’ve used Zoom daily for 4 years. Suddenly today many things are different on my iPad. -Devices iOS 17.3.1 -Portrait & landscape mode 1. Participants display in one long vertical pane. I can no longer swipe right to see groups of 8. 6. Participants on the top have faces partially cut off. 7. Similar problems on my iPhone 11. I’ve deleted/reinstalled the app. I’ve rebooted my devices. Rebooted my modem. Nothing seems to help. It’s like Zoom thinks my devices are computers, not iOS devices. *This is not happening to my friends in Sidney who connect to Asian Zoom servers on their iPads.
-Zoom Version 5.17.5 (13040)
2. Meeting controls used to display at the top. Now they display on the bottom, covering up participants faces.
3. “Leave” used to be a nice button on the top. Now it’s simple close box on the bottom right.
4. Chat & (… more) used to display on the top right. Now they are on the bottom too.
5. Chat used to be a window overlay, now opening chat causes an awful split screen.
Any help or insights would be appreciated.
Thank you

I am the owner and admin and the waiting rooms are on. I still can't toggle the meeting password off. And I feel like if have googled every answer and nothing works
Had a Zoom Meeting last night and posted a Poll. I saw there were responses and ended the poll after 1min. After the meeting I went to the Zoom web page to review the results of the poll and it was not there under the Surveys Tab. There are previous polls there from other meetings. Did I do something wrong when setting up the poll? I did a test meeting this morning using the same meeting link from yesterday and ran the poll and got the same result. It does not show up when I click on the Survey tab on the Zoom website.

Hello, When I start screen sharing, the annoying floating toolbar appears and obstructs part of my screen. Worse yet, people watching my presentation see grey boxes. I know there is an option inside the meeting controls themselves to hide them, but I don't want to have to do this every time. Is there a way to hide these controls BY DEFAULT? When I share as co-host, it seems that there is no way of permanently hiding them at all! Whenever a visitor enters the waiting room, for example, I get a pop-up to that effect, but ALSO the floating meeting controls! My screen is obscured again. I would like an option to PERMANENTLY hide all of these so that I don't have to hide them manually every time I start sharing. Also, I would like for them to remain hidden even if I am a co-host; There are other co-hosts (and, of course, the host themselves) who can manage all the incoming traffic. Thank you.

Hi,
I want to record a video of myself (without meeting participants).
I have a very sharp webcam, but the recording is still of poor quality.
If I then select "HD" in settings, a very wide black border appears around the recording. And the recorded video itself is sharp, but very small visible.
How can I make a recording in HD without getting a black border around it?

Hi folks, I have a number of different types of recurring scheduled meetings (as well as some one-offs). Some of these are made through integration with my booking system for clients, which is Squarespace Scheduling (previously known as Acuity). I have already gone through seeking assistance from their help team but it seems to be a Zoom end issue. Some of my meetings did not come through that way, some I scheduled through going to the Zoom website in my browser and going to Meetings and clicking Schedule a Meeting. For example I have one on Tuesday nights at 5:45pm . Now I know this scheduling did actually work, because when my clients click the link I sent when inititally scheduling this call, they are able to access the meeting and I receive the email notifying me that someone has signed in to the call, at which point I can click the link in the email to start the meeting. However, this meeting does not show up in my Zoom app in the Upcoming Meetings tab. Nor does it show up in the browser view of my upcoming meetings. I also have this same issue with some - but only some - of the meetings that have been scheduled via integration with Scheduling. Some of them do show up as upcoming meetings, some do not and I have to wait for a client to join before I can start the meeting. If you could help me with this issue and get all of my scheduled meetings displaying I'd be very grateful. Thankyou.
