iMac 2020 bootcamp Windows 10 camera black
Hello,
having a problem with black output from camera Apple iMac 27" 2020 Bootcamp Windows 10. Everything is up to date, tried x64 and x86 Zoom. Other programs get video from camera no problems. What to do?

Hello - First time poster and happy Zoom customer. I ran a zoom meeting today for my client that presented to parties both live and via zoom. I have been using Zoom and screen share for years without issue and fully tested all video content that was to be played during the meeting. All was going smooth until we were about 1 hour into the meeting with and down to the last few slides when the remaining videos would not play and giving the message "Can not play media". I tried using the player bar on the clip but received the same message. I opted to not stop the share and reshare since we were so close to the end. One of the four videos did end up playing but it glitched in and out with a green screen. Any ideas as to what may have caused this and how to avoid in the future? Does Zoom place some type of bandwidth restriction when you go over the 1 hour mark in a meeting? If have not had anything like this happen before. After the presentation was over, I checked all the slide and the videos were playing fine again. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Hello, nous utilisons de petits micro hf avec un smartphone Android (Samsung ) qui ne fonctionnent plus avec Zoom depuis quelques jours... Nous n'avons rien modifié et les micros sont OK puisqu'ils fonctionnent parfaitement sur d'autres applis Zoom a été réinstallé sans succès... Hello everyone.
This thing began last Wednesday. Mid-meeting, I suddently stopped seeing and hearing other people - first in the breakout rooms and then in the main meeting too. I was using the desktop version. I tried reconnecting to another network but it didn't help. Rebooting the internet, the laptop (Lenovo 720) and Zoom didn't help either.
As of this moment, I can use the desktop version only in the main room, and as soon as I send people to breakout rooms and enter them myself, I stop hearing/seeing them. They can hear and see each other all right, but they can't hear/see me too.
The browser version seems to work.
The desktop version I'm using at the moment is 6.2.0 (46690) - I've updated it today, but the problem persists. It was the same with the previous version I had, the number of which I don't remember.
Could anyone please give advice what could be done about it? The problem is not in the mic/camera because they work elsewhere right all right.

I use Zoom in meditation sessions. When we sing a mantra with a group the sound arrives distorted at the side of the receiving people. What can I do about that?
i'm attempting to record the screen and the audio during a meeting on a mobile device. I'm using the virtual background effect with green screen to show my logo. Then tried to start a meeting and record myself thru screen record . As soon as I started the meeting the audio gets squashed. I can still seen video and the background, but no audio gets recorded. I used many other apps to see how the speakers and microphone work and no problem, When I start the screen record before opening the zoom app, the audio is clear and normal, once the meeting starts no audio, once I end the meeting the audio returns and is recorded as normal. I have a basic account???

Hello, I've been having a trouble when connecting to group calls from my laptop for almost a week. Whenever I create or connect to a group meeting, I can't hear or see other participants or the host. There are just black rectangles instead of the videos. Today it lasted for the whole session of 1,5 h. At some point the sound and the picture might come back, but after coming back from BORs it's all over again. Rejoining the session, reinstalling Zoom didn't help. Please, assist me in this issue, I can't work this way. I have a paid Pro plan. Best regards, Anastasia

I already read your settings manual. It has to go to account management, then account settings. but I can't see that option under account management and I want to enable the group HD option.
Please i need help! I have scheduled recurring meetings for the season for my yoga lessons and i made the mistake to make the recurrence more specific (ex. once a week 8pm-9pm) to SOME meetings. Now i can see only the ones i made specific recurrence and not the ones i clicked "no fixed time" . I have given the link to all my students and now i attend my own meetings with the meeting link since i cannot have access to the whole list of my meetings. it is a big confusion to delete the meetings i cannot see. Any chance to be able to correct that?
