I took the most recent update - i don't recognize this product any more.  I have it linked to my fathom account and now I am having the most difficult time logging in to meetings i have been invited to.  My account doesn't permit live chat - wtf??!!!  this is not service - now if i don't use the right tags here it blocks me as well.  this is beyond frustrating.  PS have been a zoom user for about 8 years

weird thing keeps happening where all controls will freeze/become unclickable and i can't quit the app, but strangely the audio and video are fine? it's happened 3 times so far and i can't find an answer online. has anyone experienced this? 

for reference:

• using version 6.1.11 on a mac
• some meetings i was the host, others just a participant
• i have a monitor connected to my laptop, which was open/not in clamshell mode all 3 times this happened
• plugged into a power source
• restarted my machine multiple times

Does anybody has the same problem ? I have been using zoom as part of my work since several years on Linux.

Since the upgrade on 6.2.0 (1855), During a meeting, depending on the other participant version I think,  It does not allow you to share a window application. The option is no more available. You can only choose to share a part of the screen. I am using X11 on mint (ubuntu like).

Hi, I've come back to work after a break to discover the new Zoom Workplace and am struggling to log into even my own meetings and now cant share screen (the presentations open on laptop are not showing as open in the share screen)

I've tried to download new version of app but it keeps saying i am on 5.5.10 and need version 5.16.6 or higher and to call my IT dept, I'm self employed and don't have an IT dept! I need to get this resolved quickly but can't even access the tech support by phone as i can't type in a £ sign it requests me to at end of id code!!

Pendant les réunions zoom je ne peux plus accéder à l'onglet "son pour les musiciens"., normalement en haut à gauche de l'écran .Je ne peux donc pas l'activer. Les sons musicaux ne sont pas entendus par les participants.

Comment récupérer cette fonctionnalité?

We have a participant that we have asked not to join our meetings anymore.  He has broken many of our group rules and we have talked to him about it.  He now joins the meetings under different names on different devices.  He became very confrontational when we talked to him and tells many other people that he doesn't intend to stop.  

How do we solve this?

Recently, when I am logged in in my account and when I go to the Tab "Meetings", the meetings are not displayed there. There seems to be a problem with Zoom. E.g. I have connected Calendly and when I book a call I have to copy the link from the calendly mail to get access to the meeting by myself! When I logged in, the space for the meetings is just white
