Classic whiteboard not working

Hello and thank you for your time.

Before i continue please note that this "malfunction" has only started existing after the UI changing update. Previously everything worked just fine.

Suddenly, after the update, the UI on the "screen sharing" button changed. I can now only choose the open chrome tabs and my whole screen, but no collaboration whiteboard. Also, when the host opened his whiteboard (which worked, unlike mine) i could not comment in form of drawing with the pencil. 

Before you ask, yes, the host has stated that the screen sharing and classic whiteboard are enabled on his device, meaning this is a problem on my end.

 

Please help me in any way. It would be very appreciated. Thank you.

Resolved! can't join due to needing update

When I tried to login to a zoom meeting, it said I needed to contact my IT department as I needed the latest version.I tried to manually download the newest update.I tried removing the Chrome extension.I tried rebooting my computer.I tried using the ... Show more

When I tried to login to a zoom meeting, it said I needed to contact my IT department as I needed the latest version.

I tried to manually download the newest update.

I tried removing the Chrome extension.

I tried rebooting my computer.

I tried using the zoom chat bot

I tried clicking on my icon and search for updates but that wasn't listed.

I tried scheduling my own meeting and starting it.

I tried everything I can think of but I still get the message that I need to update.

When I open zoom from scratch, the version number at the bottom of the screen seems to match the version I need.

I tried joining from the browser but the access code for the meeting was incorrect and I couldn't contact anyone through chat to get the meeting password (that isn't a zoom issue, just had the wrong password

change originating email

I just changed my email address because I am leaving the company in a month. However, when setting up a meeting, the old email now shows as the "sender". How can I get that changed?

Students in an online course book meetings with me. They show up in My meetings and I am the host.   But now they have disappeared!   Can anyone tell me how to get them back?

The system for booking meetings (Calendly) also sends a meeting invitation to outlook, so I have the meeting number and link.  When I click the link, the zoom meeting workplace window opens with the message 'Invalid meeting ID'.

What do I need to do to get these meetings recognized as valid meetings and  back on my list ?

How can I set the meeting for anyone to connect anytime without the Host being present? And no need to admit the user?

Schedule

When I set the Schedule to Re Occurring it does not save. I need to keep doing it?

"Please log in with a commercial Zoom account to join."

Attempted to join a meeting for a job interview. I was unable to join and there is no information on the Zoom website/platform at all to resolve the issue.   See image below. Does anyone at Zoom know how to address this?

Video jumping

hi all, my video won't stop jumping. Tried it all: unticked all the extra boxes, reinstalled zoom, restarted computer (I have a Mac), unblurred background, updated Mac settings. NOTHING works. Any ideas?
