Saludos a todos. Siempre he grabado en la nube a 720P, con una resolucion de 1280x pero de pronto los videos que bajo vienen con una resolucion de 640x360 pixels. La verdad que ha sido una faena porque la grabación se ve con poca resolucion y muy baja calidad cuando desde mis equipos 1.- No he cambiado ninguna variable de HD 2.- La reunion del domingo la primera si me grabo a 720P pero cuando paro la grabación y pongo a grabar la segunda en la nube, cuando voy a bajarla me sale recording_640x360.mp4 Hago pruebas de ancho de banda y todo bien, con test de subidas y bajadas 400 megas en total. No es por ancho de banda, andemas de una reunion a otra solo paramos 15 minutos, paré la primera grabacion para que se quedara renderizando en la nube, y puse a gabar una segunda a los 15 minutos. Pero esta ultima me bajó la la calidad de mala manera. Alguien mas le ha pasado? CUANDO ME DESCARGO EL VIDEO VIENE CON ESTA RESOLCUION BAJA. ME PUEDEN DAR AYUDA POR QUE? NO HE HECHO NINGUN CAMBIO. QUIEN GENERA EL VIDEO ES EL OBS A 1920X1080

If I enable HDR in Windows 10 (now on Windows 11), when I share my screen the view is washed out for recipients.
Simple issue, but it sucks not to be able to use HDR. I don't feel like switching all the time, and I screen share every day for work. Is this is a known issue?

Facebook has stopped live-streaming to Facebook Groups from any application as of today. This includes Zoom's built-in integration to livestream to Facebook. Note: You should still be able to livestream to other Facebook endpoints -- just not to Groups. Zoom did not make this change; it was made by Meta/Facebook. This change was made by the implementation of Version 19.0 of the Facebook Graph API, which was released January 23, 2024, and became effective today, April 22, 2024. To livestream to a Facebook Group, you must now use the Custom RTMP method of connecting a livestream. See this Zoom Support article for information on how to do this from Zoom: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064210 References in Zoom documentation to being able to livestream to Facebook no longer include the ability to stream to Facebook Groups from the Zoom-Facebook integration. Unfortunately, this option requires a Licensed/paid account. Please note that I’m a Zoom Customer just like many of you. I don’t make the rules! If you’re a Basic user, your option to live-stream from Zoom to Facebook Groups at the moment is to upgrade to a Pro license. Consider streaming from OBS which is free and has the Custom RTMP capability built in without restriction. (info added here 25 April 2024)

Hiya All my live streaming settings in account settings is enabled yet when I create a new meeting I don't see the option on the live streaming section of the meeting to add all my Facebook Group live details. I have also added the app inside of zoom but get "You cannot stream to this platform. Check your zoom settings". It's so frustrating. Can anyone help pelase.

For the last couple of months, my Apple AirPods Pro 2 are having issues. They connect fine. The speaker works and I can hear fine. But every client on my Zoom calls are complaining that my voice is cutting in and out and sounds robotic. I took my AirPods Pro 2 to Apple Genius and they replaced my AirPods. I thought I was good to go, but the issue continued. I then hopped on the same Zoom Call with my iPhone and my AirPods microphone worked great. Therefore, the issue is isolated when I'm using Zoom Workplace on my Macbook Pro. What is the issue?

If I create a Google Calendar event with a Zoom meeting link, but an attendee uses my personal link instead of the one in the Google Calendar invitation, will they still be able to get into the meeting?
