Every time I open Zoom, it prompts for an upgrade, then I reinstall it again, but the issue persists. Seeking help
Hello Zoom Community! I've recently started using Zoom on my Windows tablet for work and personal meetings, and while the experience has been generally good, I feel like there might be some accessories out there that could enhance it even further. I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations for accessories that can improve the Zoom experience on a Windows tablet? Here are a few specific areas I'm interested in: Audio Enhancement: I've noticed that sometimes the built-in microphone and speakers on my Windows tablet aren't the best, especially in noisy environments. Are there any external microphones or headphones that work well with Windows tablets for clearer audio during Zoom calls? Stability and Ergonomics: Holding a tablet for extended periods during Zoom meetings can sometimes get uncomfortable. Are there any stands, mounts, or ergonomic accessories designed specifically for Windows tablets that make it easier to use during long calls? Camera Quality: The camera on my Windows tablet is decent, but I'm wondering if there are any external webcams available that offer better video quality for Zoom meetings? I'm particularly interested in models that are compatible with Windows tablets. Stylus or Pen Input: Sometimes I need to annotate documents or sketches during Zoom presentations. Are there any stylus pens or digital pens that work well with Windows tablets for this purpose, providing precise input and seamless integration with Zoom's annotation features? Battery Life: Zoom calls can drain the battery pretty quickly, especially on older tablets. Are there any portable chargers or power banks that are compatible with Windows tablets and can keep them powered up during lengthy meetings? I'm open to any other accessory recommendations or tips that you think could enhance the Zoom experience on a Windows tablet. Please feel free to share your experiences, suggestions, or even cautionary tales about accessories you've tried. Thanks in advance for your input!

I'm trying to download the recording of a zoom session with a shared screen. There are various files I can download, but they either give me the shared screen or the gallery view, but not both shared screen and speaker. Previously this was not like this. Is there a way to download a single video that has both shared screen and speaker?

I have been recording my teaching presentations for a couple years. I am sharing my screen (PowerPoint presentation), and have myself Spotlighted for everyone. The presenter view and my image appears on the screen. But when I record the lesson to my computer, the size of the speaker video changes. It's about 50/50 small versus larger. I would like it larger always! See picture attached--would like the top result with the larger video size. How do I ensure I always get the larger video window size?

We're using Outlook to schedule an appointment (1) and then "Add A Zoom Meeting," which works great. If a client requests that we reschedule the meeting (2), we follow Zoom's instructions and edit in Outlook, but the Zoom client sends meeting alerts for the first meeting (1). Our Outlook calendars and Zoom are synced, but the first meetings (1) are NOT being moved and/or deleted. Clients and staff think they're missing a meeting that was rescheduled. How can we force Zoom client to update to reflect Outlook?

I am a regular user of Zoom as an attendee of meetings but I am fairly new to setting meetings up myself. I can schedule a meeting with no problem. But neither I nor my recipient of the Zoom invite are receiving the notification emails. Why would that be?

Hello Zoom community, I am in a pickle. I have a number of meetings that I have set with "No Fixed Time" in recurrence. I have set a new meeting today and I cannot find how to make it the recurrence "No Fixed Time" In the drop down menu it does not have that option. What am I doing wrong? -- Thank you! -- Dennis

Very common at our company but causes issues. I'll explain what we do now. So we have a staff meeting, about 50 people are on this meeting. When the meeting is over, 15 or so stay on and have another . Essentially hijacking the staff meeting. Is there a way or maybe a feature request to allow the person to create another meeting which automatically invites all participants left on that last meeting. This would end the previous meeting of course. The problems arising is AI summary and recordings, etc are capturing their "2nd" meeting. Thanks, Shawn

I cannot copy-paste email addresses of Attendees into a Zoom meeting when using the (updated) App. I have to type everything in. I can copy-paste multiple email addresses into a Zoom meeting when using the Zoom web-page. After doing so, it does not ask me if I want them to be invited. When I have entered a list of Attendees into a meeting using the Zoom Web-Page, they do not appear in the same meeting when using the App. Can anybody help, please?

lately some of my meeting hosts, have indicated that the search bar on top of the participant list. Here lately the zoom bombers are constantly raising and lowering their virtual hand, bouncing them all around the user box. So without the search box, removing the zoom intruders are really challenging. Anyone else dealt with a search box that is not at the top of the participant list?
