I went through all the steps to set up live streaming on FB and I can't stream to my business FB page but I can to a church page that I am an administrator on. I do not know why I can't to my own business page but I can to the other and to the group associated with the church. I just don't get it. Can anyone help me?

 

I have full access to my business page as the owner of my business page and I checked that access but I can't get Zoom to broadcast to it.

Is there a way to store various files (PDFs, excel spreadsheets, Word docs, etc.) permanently within my Zoom Pro space so that they are available to my paid subscribers? Thank you.

HI there, when I opened zoom to join a meeting last week it downloaded some updates and since this time my camera has not been working properly, it is now a super wide angle and I cannot seem to restore it to how it was prior to automatic updates, please could someone give me some advice on how to rectify this.zoom screen.JPG

I have a Basic membership.  I was a participant in a meeting.  The host sent me the recording to watch.  When I click on the link to the recording that the host emailed to me, I get two error messages. One says - I have not enabled the cloud recorder (200). The other error message I get is, You cannot view this recording, no permission.  This host has sent me other links to recordings and I had no issue opening them.  Now, I have this issue.  Any thoughts on what is happening?

recovering zoom recording

I recorded videos on October 2023 but these recording are now deleted. I recorded to he cloud. I can't find them in the Trash. Is there any way I can recover those recordings?

Video not working on HP Chromebook

We have two brand new HP Chromebooks that our sons started using for online school yesterday. Using the Zoom for Chrome - PWA app, upon joining their class/meeting, their video screen is black (with their display name in white). The “Start Video” ico... Show more

We have two brand new HP Chromebooks that our sons started using for online school yesterday. Using the Zoom for Chrome - PWA app, upon joining their class/meeting, their video screen is black (with their display name in white). The “Start Video” icon/button in the lower left of the screen is unclickable. If we click the three-dot menu button on the thumbnail of their video at the top of the screen, we can click to start video - but that only takes away their white display name and the screen is completely black. 

This is occurring about 2/3 of the time they join a meeting. We have also tried using Zoom in the browser and the regular Zoom app (not for Chromebook). The problem is inconsistent and seems to come and go, no matter what we do (uninstalling/reinstalling apps, switching between browser and app, restarting the device, etc). Please help!!

Cloud recoding is done but cannot access to them

I can see my cloud recordings but when I click down load, it only say "Copy Passcode To Clipboard" but never download the video.

 

Is there anything to do with my account subscription?

On a paid subscription how do I add someone else to be able to set up meetings and host them?  So basically I want to add another person as a host to my account.  Not sure where to do this, if it's possible?

Cannot create a permanent recurring meeting

Why can't I create a weekly recurring meeting on Monday 4:30PM without an end date??
