Has anyone recently start having trouble listening to your zoom recordings? I have previously been able to retrieve and listen to my recording, but within the last week, I started receiving an error message.

We are working on building an application. We have ~100 clients. Our application will allow each client to host a separate meetings. These meetings can happen simultaneously.

 

At the moment, I am thinking of using either Zoom Meeting SDK or Video SDK. Which SDK do you recommend us to use?

Sharing audio while demonstration

When I turn on sound sharing during the screen demonstration, Zoom says that I have to enter a password, and the account login password is not suitable. It is also written to install the zoom audio device, what is it for and how to solve it?

Virtual Background Not working during screen share

I'm trying to record some lessons using zoom. When I'm in normal view my virtual background is there but if I share a part of my screen and put the participants pane in view my virtual background drops. Is this normal? And is there any way around it? Show more

Alternate Host unable to enter meeting

I am an alternative host to a reoccurring meeting. When I try to enter the meeting it tells me that I need to register, but when I do it let me know I am unable to register as I am a host. I did check on the authentication tab but it is turned off. P... Show more

I am an alternative host to a reoccurring meeting. When I try to enter the meeting it tells me that I need to register, but when I do it let me know I am unable to register as I am a host. 

I did check on the authentication tab but it is turned off.

video preview shows before all meetings except my own

I am on Zoom 5.17.11 on Mac Sonoma 14.4.1.

 

I have video previews enabled (Settings -> Video -> Always show video preview dialog when joining).

 

I get the expected video preview when joining others' meetings.  But when I start *my own meetings*, I get no preview and am launched straight into the room with video on.

 

How do I get video preview before starting my own meetings?

Participants can't unmute when placed into Breakout Room where Recording is in progress

Since the 6.0.3 update, participants moved into Breakout Rooms with a recording in progress are unable to unmute. No settings have been changed since before the issue arose and I have checked that any reference to parties needing to confirm acceptance of the recording turned off. If the recording is stopped and then started again, the participants are able to unmute. 

 

Is this a bug? Is there a setting I can change that will fix this?  Please help.

Missing recordings

I recorded three meetings and only the test one made it to my cloud. I apparently don't pay enough to get human assistance and am honestly thinking about canceling my subscription after the difficulty I'm having in just seeing if anything can be done... Show more

I recorded three meetings and only the test one made it to my cloud.  I apparently don't pay enough to get human assistance and am honestly thinking about canceling my subscription after the difficulty I'm having in just seeing if anything can be done or if those recordings are gone forever, let alone the fact that I spent hours interviewing someone for a training video that I can't find.  I am certain I clicked record and I saw the indication in the top corner showing that they were being recorded.
