Rev's subscription service has a neat integration that allows unlimited Zoom transcripts provided that you do cloud recording of your Zoom Meeting. Unfortunately I can't get it to work! Rev requires that you have your Zoom settings set to Done, done and done. And Rev support confirmed the two accounts are linked. Yet today I created a Cloud Recording of a meeting and Rev never recognized it. I had to manually download and then upload to Rev, which counts against my monthly quota of uploaded audio recordings. Anyone else hit this speed bump? Thanks.

I know there is a shortcut to toggle mute (default alt+a), and a setting to temp unmute by holding spacebar. What I didn't know, and found out the uncool way, is the if you toggle the mute button (or the video button) by clicking on it, then from then on, whenever you press spacebar, Enter or Return, it toggles that button! Guess what? Now you're unmuted when you had no idea. I was just in a company wide meeting. I checked that I was, in fact, muted. I checked repeatedly during the meeting. Then, my girlfriend asks me a question, we chat briefly, then I start hearing everyone on the meeting calling my name, because we are interrupting the company meeting! Not tragic, but embarrassing. This is not the first time this has happened.
This behavior appears to be inadvertent, as I cannot find it in the documentation anywhere. Please correct this, or at least make a setting to turn this behavior off.

Greetings Community- thanks in advance for your help! I am hosting an International Pilates Day Celebration (meeting/class) a potential participant sent a message with screenshot showing the message she received when she was unable to register... she wrote "it wouldn't take my email" & the screenshot shows in a red box the message from Zoom "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address.". How do I help her? When I tried registering with my extra email address, I had no problem. Thank you for helping me to help her! Screenshot she sent in messenger

When I launch a Zoom meeting, my pronouns appear after my name. When I join another person's Zoom meeting, the pronouns do not appear. How do I fix this?
If two users are sharing their screens, I can only see the screen of the first user, and when the second user stops sharing their screen, the first user's screen drops until I leave the join meeting and join it again. Anybody else seeing this, or am I just missing the way/option to view the second screen?

I can connect to a recurring scheduled meeting because they’ll show up when you open zoom, but I can’t connect to an ad hoc meeting request sent to me via a URL in email or slack. Clicking on the URL brings up the Zoom window, but it doesn’t launch the meeting.
