Dear all, I'm trying to use the Zoom application on my PC and since the last update to version 6.0.4, after logging in with my Google account, the Zoom home screen freezes and simply doesn't work again. I uninstalled and reinstalled both the 32bit and 64bit versions. Whenever I log in and start the main screen, the application freezes completely. I use it in Portuguese. I would like some help to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance!

El Audio se difumina al ingresar al Zoom

Cuando entro a una Reunión de Zoom, el audio de mi computadora cambia. Suena como si al sonido le hubieras puesto un supresor de ruido al igual que un micrófono. Mas específicamente si le hubieras colocado una lana en los auriculares.

 

Elimine Audio Smart 3, que segun la computadora es lo que causa el problema, pero sigue asi.

Y el audio se queda de esa manera, como opacado, incluso después de que termina la Reunión de zoom.

 

Tambien active y desactive la mejora de audio del Raltek, pero nada. Que puedo hacer?

Hello everyone!

I have a problem with finding the cloud recording. The meeting was scheduled by another person, I was invited, and they made me a co-host. Then I wanted to record the meeting and was suggested two options (computer or cloud) and chose Zoom Cloud option. However, my account is Basic Plan, so I don't see this recording in my Zoom portal, even though I was offered this option. Is there a chance the recording is in the main host's portal? Or did it just disappear?

I am trying to add a colleague (same organization, same Zoom license) as an alternative host for a meeting but I keep receiving this error message:

 

"Unable to assign "***********" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time"

 

No reason for why they can't be added, just this error message. Would love any solutions or suggestions folks have to offer!

Resolved! I don't see the next meeting in the Home tab any more

I used to get the next meeting showing up in the home tab in the client. Now I get a button saying "See Meetings" that I have to click to see the next meeting.

 

How can I go back to having it show the next meeting?

Recently, the option to share on the Facebook page was removed and only allows sharing in the timeline of my personal profile. I have reviewed and I am the admin of the page, and both Facebook and Zoom have the correct permits.

 

I do need to share in my Facebook page, I was able to do it previously and only recently the option has been removed. I even created a new profile and made it an admin of my Facebook page, but that did not work either.
