i need help with my Zoom account. I've lost access to the 2FA and recovery key backup, but I still have my email and password. Currently, I'm stuck because the TOTP is blocking me from logging in. I tried contacting support through chat, but it was unhelpful. Any advice on how to remove 2FA from my account would be greatly appreciated.

Hey! I am Ukrainian but im in Germany for 4 weeks. How can I have a free access here?
Dear community, I keep encountering an issue that I hope has a simple solution. When setting up my recurring meetings, I typically schedule them for a duration of about two months, with meetings recurring at the same time from Monday to Thursday. To set this up, I select a daily recurrence schedule and then manually delete each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This process feels inefficient and somewhat unnecessary, especially since my Google Calendar still shows the meetings scheduled for all those days, requiring me to repeat the process (which might be a separate issue to address). I'm wondering if there's a smarter way to handle this. Thank you in advance for you replies.

Very recently, URLs for Zoom meetings sent from a Gmail account and received by another Gmail account are modified and do not work. The change is slight: the end of every link is changed from “registration#/registration” to “registration%23/registration” . I realize that "%23" is the URL encoded version of “#”. However, that is the only change in the received (non-working) URL. Additionally, when viewing the outgoing email in the "Sent" folder, the same change is evident in the sent email. For some reason, Gmail seems to be modifying the email as it goes out. HOWEVER, the same email with the URLs for the Zoom meetings received in Outlook is fine and does not have the modified URLs. I'm stumped. Any ideas???

Dear Sir,
Yesterday afternoon I made a recording on clouds; however my recording had just been disabled due to exceeding the clouds storage.
Now I've just upgraded my clouds capacity. Can I get that recording which was made after my recording was disabled?
Thanks
Rita Nahda

As an admin, how to require participants to enter name when joining a meeting via phone call?
How do I setup zoom with macbook pro and a 12 channel mixing board in a church setting?
I have a new laptop, Dell 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1255U 1.70 GHz, using Windows 11. Sharing music is not working. I've tested microphones, speakers - they work well when using them generally, no issues with playing music when not on Zoom. But when I'm on Zoom, sharing sound, the music comes in and out and mostly disappears. I've tried mono and stereo and other settings, makes no difference. The issue also occurred when attending an event with music and voice. When the person was speaking the sound on Zoom was fine, when music was played it was terrible, in and out and disappearing. I know how to share music, have done it heaps of times on previous laptop. Used two different music programs, same issue (iTunes, Windows). Assistance greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I use a Livetrak L-8 sound mixer. It is connected to my desktop (HPZ440 workstation). For Zoom Meeting, I lead songs using a microphone and a guitar. They are connected to the L-8 sound mixer so that my audience can hear my singing and guitar clearly. I use ethernet to ensure stable connection. I have a 1Ghz fibre broadband subscription. I was told that sound mixer is the best approach, but I have failed to get good sound to the participants of the meeting. The vocal is scratchy and the guitar sound is choppy and at times inaudible. I have already selected the original sound (see attached screenshots) In fact it is worse than when I was using the TASCAM recorder/mic as a single audio input, directly connected to my desktop. Can anyone advise if there is something that I have missed? Thanks.
