Hi, how can I improve I would like to upload zoom recordings to a youtube channel, but as we know the quality is reduced in zoom.  I only want to record myself.

I have a paid version of zoom, I have selected HD, I use a logitec brio 4k, so how can I get 1080p? 

Someone mentioned I can email zoom and they can adjust something from their side??

Hope all is well.

I'm a sys admin, and I'm trying to write an install script that will install Zoom (windows MSI x64) with specific settings using the switches that Zoom provides here. All of the switches work except for one, which is vital.

Essentially, I'm trying to do the following with my script:

• Prefill the company domain field in Zoom with our org's domain
  • Used zSSOHost = "<org>" - This worked without issue
• Use embedded browser to launch SSO auth window
  • Used zRecommended="EnableEmbedBrowserForSSO=1" - This worked without issue
• Default to SSO login upon launch (So that the user is prompted with "Sign in with SSO" window upon launch)
  • Used "zRecommend="AutoSSOLogin=1" which causes the SSO login window to auto launch
• Disable SSO login window from autolaunching (this is where I'm having problems)
  • Used "zRecommend="DisableAutoLaunchSSO=1" which doesn't seem to do anything at all - upon launch, Zoom still automatically launches the SSO authentication window, and when embedded browser is enabled (above), there's no way to back out of it without completing authentication and signing out. It successfully creates the registry value after running the script (HKLM\SOFTWARE\ZoomUMX\PerInstall\value name: disableautolaunchsso | value data: 1). I've also tried zConfig = "DisableAutoLaunchSSO" but it still doesn't do what I'm expecting it to do, which is suppress the autolaunch of the SSO login window. 
• Side note: I also tried replacing "zRecommend="AutoSSOLogin=1"  with zRecommend=`"kCmdParam_InstallOption=8 to see if it would set SSO login to default without auto-launching the SSO auth window, but it did the same thing as the AutoSSOLogin switch.

The main goal of configuring these settings is to have Zoom launch to the Sign in with SSO window, but without proceeding to the auth window until the user clicks "Continue". This is reportedly how it behaves in macOS with equivalent switches, so I'm hoping I can recreate that behavior in Windows. I understand that macOS and Windows are wildly different, but what's the point of the "DisableAutoLaunchSSO" switch if it doesn't do anything? If a different configuration is needed to achieve what I'm trying to do, I'd be all for it.

What are the prerequisites for SSO configuration?

I found information in the account section and it mentions I need a minimum of 10 host licenses.

Is what I found accurate? 

So all I would need is a business plan and only 10 hosts licenses?

Would large meeting or webinars licenses differ?

Hi everyone,

A client of mine would like to use the Closed Caption setting to save a copy of the meeting transcript. Due to the nature of their business, they will not be recording the meetings, they only want a transcript for reference. 

We need to know if Zoom retains a copy of transcripts that were created using the closed captioning function when meetings were NOT recorded. 

Does anyone know the answer to this??

On a regular basis the video pauses for a second or is delayed. I also get a message that my internet connection is "unstable". Any ideas? I've had Spectrum come out and they say the internet connection is ok. They even gave me a new modem.

I am looking for some support around an issue that I am facing -  recently I downloaded the latest version of zoom on my MAC laptop and from thereon I am seeing a strange behavior, let me explain the scenario step by step :- 

Step 1 : I am in a group meeting and the zoom host put a spotlight on me. 

Step 2: The host then put a spotlight on one more person. Lets say Person 2. 

Step 3: Now I am in the speaker view on my zoom and I see myself and Person 2 in spotlight and it appears "vertical" in my laptop, I see myself at the top and Person 2 is at the bottom. 

Step 4 : However, previously under this same situation (as mentioned from Step 1-3), I was able to see myself and Person2 in a side by side view when spotlighted.

I want the old view back where I can see myself and the Person2 in a side by side view. What is the setting I am missing? How can I go back to my old view since it's imp for my meetings. 

Hi,

I can use Zoom with two different email adresses. One is my private Zoom account (email1), the other is the account of an association (email2).

The association's admin granted the roll member for me in the associations account. If I log in with email2, I can verfify by my email2 that I'm definitely in the correct account an not in my private one.

Nonetheless I'm not able to see meetings the association's admin planned in the calender that is displayed for me then.

Why is this and what can the admin or I do?
