Can't see participants in classic whiteboard.

Everything is updated on my iPad. Until recently the classic whiteboard has defaulted to showing me to see my student's face while we colaborate on a classic whiteboard. Now, it just shows my face and I cannot find any way to regain access to my student's video, which is important for registering comprehension in my tutoring sessions. Help?

Frequently turn phone landscape in order to see PowerPoint slides being shared.  However, when doing so, there is a shaded translucent "bar" across the top of the screen.  It has a left carat on one side and the speaker icon and in the middle is the Zoom pull down to see Meeting info and finally the Leave button. This blocks a clear view of the shared content.  How is this suppossed to work?

Zoom changes again, and but I still can't get meetings to record in HD!!!

Branding changes. Plans and pricing changes. The clarity of difference in services and plans changes including the quality of recordings changes in plans, but what doesn't is the fact that all of my two-person meetings are recorded in 640x360 resolution and not HD. 

 

#PleaseHelp  !!

Hi all,

I've been having the same recording problem with meeting and webinar recordings for some time now: some - not all - have too low a resolution. The video is then blurred in the recording (I record on my own computer).

As always, I use a strong photo lamp and a screen lamp, and I also have a lot of daylight. I haven't found a way to change the resolution.  I am using Zoom recordings several times a week since 2019 and the problem only arose last year.

Can anyone help me? Would be so great!

Does anyone know how to change the name of the person an emailed Zoom meeting invitation comes from? 

 

Our office has a Pro Plan that only has one email address associated with it (our generic office address). But when we make new meetings in the Zoom desktop app/Workplace, the invitations that go to invitee's inboxes always says the name of a particular staff member. E.g., it says "John Doe" as the sender, whereas we want it to say "Company Name".

 

I have tried asking the chatbot, reading through old threads in Zoom Community, Googling, and no luck so far. I have also looked into Scheduling Privileges, but we have never assigned Scheduling Privileges to anyone.

Do Active/Inactive Reports include meetings initiated in Canvas?

When I run an Active or Inactive User Report do those results include meetings that were scheduled and hosted from within the Canvas LMS interface?

 

If not, how would I capture those users who use Zoom within Canvas?

DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO FORMER EMAIL

I changed my email on my Zoom profile but, they send a confirmation to the former email. That was a purchased-domain email that have long expired and I have no access to. How can I effectively complete my email 's change?

Hola comunidad Zoom, tengo una notebook con Windows 10 Home Single Language, versión 22H2, compilación 19045.4412. La computadora que tengo es una Asus La cosa es que siempre tuve descargada la versión de escritorio de 64 bits de "zoom workwork" y siempre corría fluido en mi notebook, incluso podía hacer otras actividades en la PC mientras estaba en una reunión, pero desde las ultimas actualizaciones desde (abril de este año 2024) empezaron los problemas... Con solo abrir la aplicación hace que el cpu de mi computadora pase al 100% de uso, y por eso se comprueba todo con solo abrir la aplicación, quería para enviar los comentarios desde la aplicación pero ni siquiera me deja, por este problema tuve que desinstalar la aplicación de mi PC. No sé que hicieron con las últimas actualizaciones que dañaron Zoom, abajo te adjunto unos vídeos donde puedes ver como todo sale mal sin siquiera unirte a una reunión. La versión de zoom que instalé hoy es 6.0.10

ESPERO QUE EN LAS PRÓXIMAS ACTUALIZACIONES SE MEJORE LA APLICACIÓN, ES UNA VERGÜENZA QUE TENGO QUE USAR MI CELULAR PARA PODER CONECTARME A LAS CLASES...
