Big black box around my zoom recordings when I record locally to my computer.

Video settings I can't see my small picture, only my client in full screen

Hi I somehow chamged my settings..I used to see myself until my client entered waiting room, then once I accepted them, there was a small thumbnail of me and the rest of the screen was my client. Now the thumbnail is gone

Any suggestions? Unfortunately, I've clicked and unclicked a bunch of things now so it's really messed up. 

I'm on zoom with patients all day.

Any help would be appreciated!

Share screen shows black boxes

I am having issues with a user in my company, when she shares her screen, additional boxes (folders or software) don't show, instead there are black boxes. i tried comparing configurations on the "Share Screen" sector under Settings with another user... Show more

I am having issues with a user in my company, when she shares her screen, additional boxes (folders or software) don't show, instead there are black boxes. 

i tried comparing configurations on the "Share Screen" sector under Settings with another user who does not have this problem  and it did not help. 

did anyone else have this problem?

Pan Pro, co-hosts trouble shooting

I have the plan PRO for 100 persons, 1 user. That plan does not give me the option to make co-hosts other guests, although a friend of mine has the same plan with the possibility to make others co-hosts. Why I do not have that possibility?

On my Mac Studio (macOS Sequoia 15.1), between 5 and 30 seconds after joining a meeting, I get kicked off with this error: "Unable to join this meetingThe meeting has a problem. Error code: 5" On a MacBook Air I have no problem joining and staying on... Show more

On my Mac Studio (macOS Sequoia 15.1), between 5 and 30 seconds after joining a meeting, I get kicked off with this error:

 

"Unable to join this meeting
The meeting has a problem. Error code: 5"

 

On a MacBook Air I have no problem joining and staying on the meeting using the exact same WiFi network. I have cleared Browser cache and uninstalled the Zoom App multiple times. The display is an Apple Studio Display.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zoom version: always latest, keeps happening

Troubleshooting steps taken: tried adjusting overall Windows volume, tried adjusting volume from Windows volume mixer, tried adjusting volume from Zoom audio settings

Operating system: Windows 11, updated to latest

 

None of the solutions here have actually solved this. This occurs in all Zoom meetings. Volume can't be adjusted up or down.

Feature Request: Share as a camera

This would feature would be nearly identical to a share BUT it would appear as a camera in the feed, along side the user's camera as well. It would not take over the meeting like a normal share. Then a mixing option such as VMIX, Zoom ISO etc when co... Show more

This would feature would be nearly identical to a share BUT it would appear as a camera in the feed, along side the user's camera as well. It would not take over the meeting like a normal share. Then a mixing option such as VMIX, Zoom ISO etc when compositing and spotlighting would have control of the shared content, and users could just watch the final product.

- When do you plan to make breakout rooms available for iPad users?

- If you have no plans to do this, can you explain why? And also…

- Please let me know how I can seek a discount or refund of part of my subscription?  It seems unreasonable for you to charge full rates for users who are only getting limited functionality.

 

And for other community members, is anyone aware of any workarounds, please?

Resolved! Unable to see poll in the meeting

Hi, I cannot see the poll function in the zoom meeting. And I follow exactly from the help zoom community, by going to Navigation bar - Setting - Meeting

And there is no polling button to enable. Pls help.

How can I update the Zoom App version 6.2.6 to version 6.2.7?

The command to install the latest updates has disappeared some time ago.

BTW I am still using WIN 10
