We have a large body of participants who register for one or more unrelated meetings over the course of many months. We want to collect demographic information such as gender, age, and county, for grant reporting (we are a nonprofit.) However, we don't want participants to have to fill in this information every time they register for a meeting, because many people register for multiple meetings in a week or month. 

Is there a way to create a master list of participants and have a registration workflow retrieve those demographic files on matching registrant by phone number or email address?

We have an enterprise license for Jotform, if anyone has built an integration solution that way. Thanks, all.

i want to hide participants from each other so that they can only see the hosts video, but the host can see all videos. i want to make it so that participants cant see each others names either, however they should still be able to ask questions and answer polls anonymously.

I am missing two reoccuring meetings that had no end date for the past 4 years and they disappeared in early 2024.  My previous invitees can still "join" the meeting and I can too with the old link but I do not have Admin rights.  I have ZERO meetings under my "Previous" meetings tab as suggested by the Community Boards.  I need to get these two meetings back and to be Admin!!

hello, I am using the zoom mac client application and it will not keep me logged in, every time the application quits i get logged out and have to re-log in.

Steps:
1) open the zoom mac app
2) login with google credential
2.a) 'keep me signed in' option checked
3) verify that I stay logged in through quitting and reopening zoom
4) quit zoom
5) open a link to a meeting
5.a) this launches the zoom mac app
RESULT --> will open meeting without using the logged in user
EXPECTED --> should open meeting with logged in user

хочу пускать в зум только тех кто напишет свои данные и ответит на пару простых вопросов. Есть ли такая возможность делать такой опрос для тех кто уже зашел в зал ожидания перед тем как запустить их в сам зум?

Why have Zoom removed the option to start up with OS turned on? 

Must be a reason why they would do something so stupid.  Total pain in the backside the way it resets all Prefs when its updated too. 

The money they have made out of musicians using Zoom over Lockdown must be ridiculous.
