Does anyone know if it is possible to change the meeting link? We have a problem with "Zoom Bombing." Pranksters joining our meetings and performing lewd acts. To solve the problem we are instigating pre-registration, but having a new link would help.

I use Indeed to schedule interviews with potential candidates. They allow for third party video conferencing, but I need to paste a video link. I do it this way because Indeed has access to my calendar so the candidate can pick a mutually beneficial time. The problem is, I dont know where to get the video link without first creating a dummy interview in Outlook and than copying that link to Indeed to send to the client. When the client picks a time, I then have to go back to Outlook to edit the dummy interview so that we are using the same link.

I am taking a class via Zoom, but I do not want to download the app to my laptop. I prefer to use it in the browser window. However, I cannot find a gallery view option in the Zoom screen. When I open the settings, there is nothing there, nor is there the icons in the upper corner like I used to see in the app at my old job. Is there no option of using gallery view when on your browser? It is very distracting to have the speaker constantly changing any time someone coughs or moves their chair or something.

When we pause our camera our profile picture takes the place of the video image. I've noticed when some people pause their video their profile picture that takes its place is smaller while other people's pictures take up the entire frame. How do I get my profile picture to consume the whole frame when I pause my video instead of cropping down in size?

Greetings - I have a use case were I'm in need to have a single Zoom session and be able to show half of the participants slide set A and the other half of the participants view slide set B while keeping the group as a whole so they can use mics and camera and not use breakout rooms. In a perfect world I could assign 50% of the participants as group A, the other 50% as group B and have an option of what I share with each group while in a Zoom session as Host. Setting up a full AV table with audio/video mix- and so on is not a path I wish to go down but as of now I don't see a way to setup what I'm looking for. Latest version of Zoom Workplace is my platform. Thanks

Ever since Zoom 5.16, 64Bit will not launch on older AMD processors. This is a known issue across multiple users and devices, which was reported almost a year ago. 32 bit will launch, but it is laggy and does not work well on my system. Since Zoom is now forcing an update, it is impossible for me to use the desktop client.
I am unable to submit a support ticket, because apparently that is only available to paid users. I would like to see this issue resolved.

Hello, I am launching a webinar where I am targeting to host up to 1000 attendees per session. I currently have the pro subscription and planning to adjust to large meeting. the event is a training session where I will be providing a training, sharing my screen and asking participants to reply to my questions in the chat, is large meeting enough? Do I need the webinar subscription or the large meeting subscription is enough ? thank you for your support.

Hi everyone, Meetings are not showing in the meeting overview in the web interface (no matter if Firefox or Safari, clearing cache, restarting and the usual steps), however they are showing in the app and the registration pages are still available. Some recurring meetings are disappearing on their own. They were showing fine just a few hours ago. Ah, yes and people are still registering for yesterday's meeting although it's set to close registration after event date 🙂 The bot is just a nuisance (tells me how to remove people from a meeting and asks me to report an error code which does not exist ...) and frankly a waste of time, money and effort. So this seem the only means of getting someones attention. Hope that someone actually looks at this forum 🙂 Cheers
