Video and phone calls no longer available when accessing Zoom via Citrix
I can no longer make video or phone calls using the Zoom app when logged into the company's servers via Citrix Workspace. I receive an error message that I need to update to a version of the Zoom VDI plugin higher than 5.15.10 (VDI plugin). The VDI plugin on the desktop I am using to access the server through Citrix Workspace is 5.17.6 (24660). Any ideas what the issue may be? I didn't have any issues up until a week ago.
