I have a client who wants to have a zoom meeting where all participants can share their screens AND have them all display in a grid gallery format of the shared screens. Is this possible? I was looking though the app store and could not find anything that might do the trick. Any chance that it's possible with Webinars?

How can I disable Escape key binding in Zoom?

When I press it, it shows the meeting controls while I am sharing my screen. I use the escape key a lot while coding and it is annoying that I have to re-hide the meeting controls every time I hit Escape because it messes with my workflow.

I keep getting a 500 Internal Server Error (-1) whenever I try to open "reports" in Google Chrome. I’ve already updated Zoom and added the extension to my browser, but the issue is still there. Any ideas on what I might be missing or what I should try next?

When I click start as host, Clients are on but they get message that I am in a meeting

I am a not tech-savvy senior who is relatively new to Zoom. I have hosted group meetings and not had any problems. 
Recently, I scheduled a number of individual meetings.  I sent a link to the client's email. When it was time to begin, I hit the start button next to the designated time from my meeting page.. When the meeting opens up,  I can see myself but the client is not there. They are getting a message that I am in a meeting that is in progress.

 

If I go to the email notification that the client has joined, I can get in through that link provided in that email and admit him into the same room. It's aggravating to me and annoying to the client also. 

What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to log in to my zoom account via the Gmail Zoom Plug in. Everytime I try to click the "sign in" button it takes me to a page that says "This page isn’t workingscript.google.com redirected you too many times. Try clearing your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" and then this page appears "Bad Request Error 400" It's important for me to make Zoom meeting requests in my google calendar to help with workflow. When I click the "sign up" button it takes me to Zoom where I'm already logged in. But it's the sign in button that redirects me to an error page. Has anyone experienced this before? What can I do? I cleared cookies and that did not help!

Audio distortion - sharing

I am an online teacher.  I have version 6.0.11 (39959).  When I share a document both myself and my students have audio distortion (burbles, crackles, gobbledygook sounds etc).  I've checked the drivers for my web-cam; headphones and they're all current; I've changed the style of headphones and tried the laptop camera; I've swapped the devices beween ports; I've updated zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled it with 64 bit .... no change.   

 

I'm now having to screenshot documents and copy and paste them into the chat, so that the students and I can work together and hear each other at the same time!!   Tempted to find an alternative to Zoom!!!!!!!

 

Any solutions/suggestions would be most welcome & fairly urgent.  Thanks.

Save button not highlighted

When I create a Meeting Notice in Outlook and click Zoom "Schedule a Meeting", Zoom opens to do this. However, the Save button is not highlighted and I can't save the meeting in the Outlook notice. This problem just started today. Any ideas? Thanks. Show more

I'm looking for a way to automate sending Zoom recordings from Zoom to Dropbox. The recordings in question are password protected but no password is required for anyone within our domain. Both the Zoom account and Dropbox account share the same domain credentials.

We used to have a Zapier zap set up but it no longer works and they cannot assist.

 

What alternatives to Zapier are there for this function? I tried to follow the steps in this discussion but they did not work for me.

In our TownHalls i usually share PowerPoint presentation and navigate the slides seamlessly. However when one of the panelists request control to navigate through the slides himself there is almost 5 second delay from the time he selects next slide and the slide transition. 

 

Is there any way to fix this?

I really need your help.

I can not use the app on Ubuntu (20.04) properly anymore - the app keeps "loading the calendar" although there had been no such issue before the latest big update a couple of weeks ago. I simply can't access my meetings or start one, or anything.

I can't even see other's whiteboards when I join a meeting and they share it - other participants can see the whiteboard while on my computer it's forever "loading". I have to join meetings in browser and then transfer them to my app and I can only use my whiteboard in browser as well. It's very uncomfortable. Today, the app started freezing and crashing in the middle of a meeting and I have to rejoin and start all over again every 15 minutes or so.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
