Lost Zoom Recording

While using my MacBook Air, I recorded a meeting. At the end of the meeting, the file converted, but when I tried to save it, it vanished. There is no sign of it in my history. Any suggestions on how to retrieve it?

Every time I log into zoom app on MacBook I'm prompted for the same update

Prompt says "For better performance on your Mac with Apple Silicon Chip, please update Zoom to the version compatible with your device." Or "Your app version needs to be 5.14.5 or higher to sign in...." I click update. Then install. It says, "Your cl... Show more

Prompt says

Or 

 

"Your app version needs to be 5.14.5 or higher to sign in...."

 

I click update. Then install.

 

It says, 

"Your client has been successfully updated."

 

It works fine until the next I launch zoom I have to go through the same steps.

Zoom recording on new Iphone15...only video. Is not recording audio.

Help. For a couple years have successfully and easily Zoomed and recorded to cloud on an iPhone 11...a meeting every Thursday. Just upgraded to iPhone 15 and now can only get a recorded video, no audio. I have done everything I can think of...watched... Show more

Help. For a couple years have successfully and easily Zoomed and recorded to cloud on an iPhone 11...a meeting every Thursday.    Just upgraded to iPhone 15 and now can only get a recorded video, no audio.

 

I have done everything I can think of...watched videos etc....no success. Checked settings, everything is updated, not on mute.....

 

Any ideas? I am so frustrated.

Resolved! Restore Meeting chat

I have just ended a meeting I host on a pro plan I own. I forgot to save the meeting chat. Is there a way to restore it? Thank you!

Resolved! Can you enlarge a past recording?

We just did a Zoom meeting and recorded it. This is the first time that we have a small visual within a large black frame. I did not intentionally (and I don't believe accidentally) changed the settings. Perhaps Zoom in an upgrade made an adjustment.... Show more

 We just did a Zoom meeting and recorded it.  This is the first time that we have a small visual within a large black frame.  I did not intentionally (and I don't believe accidentally) changed the settings.  Perhaps Zoom in an upgrade made an adjustment.  In any event, would you know if it is possible to enlarge a past recording?  And, how do we avoid this in future?  Thank you.

Pro plan

I just upgraded on 05/14/24 to the Pro plan from the basic plan.  When i go to schedule a meeting now it still says this meeting has a 

Connectivity issues

Cannot access zoom meeting. Keeps buffering.

Anyone have issues where they can't see all of their scheduled meetings in the Meetings tab?

I created a recurring meeting, and cannot find it under my Meetings tab. This is preventing me from adding an alternate host. Has this happened to anyone? I've looked months out and it's not appearing yet a second meeting I scheduled does show up. No... Show more

Default email for calendar service

Hi there, My hotmail address (which is also the address under which my zoom account is registered) used to be my default address for sending out calendar invites. I changed it to another gmail address recently and want to change it back to my hotmail... Show more

Hi there, 
My hotmail address (which is also the address under which my zoom account is registered) used to be my default address for sending out calendar invites. 

I changed it to another gmail address recently and want to change it back to my hotmail address.

Zoom indicates that I can change the calendar by going to the Schedule Privileges but this doesn't work as it is only intended if other people are supposed to be enabled to send invites on your behalf. 

 

Otherwise, in the calendar settings, I wanted to add a new calendar and that should have enabled me to switch to the original hotmail address for calendar invitations. The issue is that when I tried to register my hotmail address, I get an error message indicating that I cannot register personal email addresses. 

Can anyone help?
