Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe)  and I use my Ipad pro (updated)  and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and  hear his guitar.  I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!
i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently. 
Please help!

Hello,

I recorded in cloud a meeting. During the meeting I stopped several times the recording, because I wanted only some parts were recorded (in separated files).

So in my cloud recordings I have, for this meeting, 4 different files...that's what I wanted.

Unfortunately I realized that it is no longer possible to share individual records separately! I can only obtain a single link with wich is possible to download all the 4 files.

But I need a link for each of the 4 recordings. It was an option before! Why now it's not possible?

Starting a meeting

I want to copy and send an invitation link but can't see how to do this. On the previous home page set up there was a clear  invitation' link  to copy but this does not appear now. Can anyone help please?

I'm really frustrated with the changing of existing behaviour of Zoom.

 

Now, again Zoom Worksplace does not show in the meetings tab all the scheduled meetings anymore. It only shows the schedules meetings of single user. We want to see all the scheduled meetings like it was always. But now again there is only the calendar and the users listed and I have to select one to see the scheduled meetings.

 

Last time that happened there was some general option on Admin level I had to change. But now, I am lost. There is nothing to go back to the old behavior.

BTW: the iPad app behaves the old way while the Mac OS App behaves differently. That is also very frustrating.

We use Zoom in a small business context. We do not use cloud services like Google and Microsoft. With exceptions like Zoom, we do use anything on premise as possible. So we cannot connect any Calendar service to Zoom. So using and connecting the calendar services is NO option.

 

Thanks for some hints to enable some view again where all the scheduled meetings from all the users, assigned/connected users, or all users within a group are listed. (BTW, the group management is completely useless how it is currently implemented).

My auto renewal mandate was deactivated and I have paid the monthly subscription amount on 26.11.24. But after 4 days it was again cancelled on 30.11.24. But I couldn't find any reason. At the same time I have discovered that I have been charged two times in the previous months. Can anyone help me recover from this problem?

オーディオ設定のスピーカーテストをした時に、テスト音が最初の1,2秒だけ出てそのあとはテスト音が途切れ途切れになりちゃんと聞こえません。またヘッドセットを接続したときもテストをすると最初の1,2秒だけテスト音が聞こえてそのあと途切れ途切れになります。ミーティング参加に参加している時も相手の声はクリアに聞こえるのですが、音楽が流れると音が途切れ途切れになり、その後聴こえなくなってしまいます。この現象はズームの時だけで、PCのレコーダーで録音した音声はクリアに聞こえますし、ユーチューブなども音が途切... Show more

Hello, I was given a link to join a meeting along with a passcode.  When I go to the URL, I just see a black screen with a message "You cannot view this recording. No permission."  I do not see a place to enter a passcode.  I attached a screenshot of what I see.  I'm guessing the sharing permissions are wrong.  If not, where do I enter the passcode?  Thanks so much.

Currently, I can't get Zoom to launch. I try to open a link and nothing happens. 

I can't make a meeting in the browser.

I can download Zoom, but I can't even get the app to open.

The only thing I am able to do is  pick "Join from your browser" The meeting opens, but with audio only, even though  it has my video permissions. 

I have looked for solutions. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have cleared my temporary data, and I have reinstalled the app. None of that has worked so far.

Reaching out for help because I am trying to interview for jobs right now and its definitely important.

Trying to get Zoom to work in my RDP environment from my Mac to my Windows PC.   I have installed Citrix just so i can get the "universal" installer to install but the Zoom client on my Windows PC still shows plugin missing.  Is there a Media Plugin for Mac that just uses RDP?
