We have tried other versions, but the same problem continues, minutes after starting the zoom meeting, the controls freeze and hang.

Onetap mobile not working properly in Outlook app for Android

In the Outlook Mobile App on Android devices, the onetap mobile link does not work correctly. It does not parse the full link including the passcode of the meeting so when a user clicks on it, it is still prompting them to enter the passcode.

 

Is this a known issue with the Outlook Mobile app on Android? The onetap link works fine with Outlook app on iOS.

Ever since Zoom issued an upgrade to Zoom workplace recently, I've been unable to connect to Zoom meetings.  I received error message that ARM chip processor will be required and instead of connecting my tablet Zoom crashes.  It worked fine prior to this upgrade.   My tablet is Lenovo YB1-X90F which uses Intel Atom based on x 86 architecture.   How can Zoom introduce an upgrade, without notice,  which no longer works unless your device has ARM chip processor.
Are there any solutions?

I have a customized waiting room, and it has been like that for over a year. Now I want to edit the customization, with a new image and text. 

 

I'm able to do it on the account settings, and I can even click saved. But when checking if the changes are applied, these are not. I've been trying for a while now and I can't figure out what's happening. 

 

I created the account and it's under my email address, therefore, I have complete access. Any help will be deeply appreciated. 🙂

FEATURE REQUEST: This comes up all the time for my teachers and I. When hosting, we would like to be able to spotlight our video for everyone, even when there is only one other participant. Currently the option to click my host thumbnail and select "spotlight for everyone" when hosting say a group meditation class, is only available if there are more than one participants. This can be a bit jarring, as this is super important for recording classes to make available to clients after an event. Without this option, when participants talk, the recording captures them too, and there have been some ruined recordings where the active speaker view stayed on a participant instead of the host. I'd love to see this option even if everyone is just one attendee. Can anyone put me straight or add this to the future development map?

Hi everyone,

I’m Darshan Hiranandani, encountering an issue with sending messages in Zoom team chat through my browser. When I try to send a message in any team chat channel, I receive an error message that says:

Message could not be sent
Retry Delete

I’ve tried this on both Chrome and Firefox, but the problem persists on both browsers.

Could anyone offer suggestions or advice on how to resolve this issue? Any troubleshooting tips or steps to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
