Hello everyone, I am encountering an issue while trying to integrate the Zoom plugin with Moodle. Despite following all the required setup steps, I’m getting the error message "Connection failed: No access token returned". It seems that the plugin is unable to retrieve the necessary access token to establish a connection between Moodle and Zoom. I have already Verified the Zoom account ID, Zoom Client ID and Client Secret. It appears that I don't have the "Access Token" field in the Zoom Plugin Configuration page, and I'm unsure how to proceed from here. I also tried the web service options, but they seem limited in functionality for token generation. Can anyone guide me resolve this issue? Thanks in advance for your help!

I've searched the help but haven't found a topic that describes how (or if) this is possible. Today I (as admin) create the meetings and I manage the registrations.
We are a small non-profit that hosts support group meetings.
Registration for these meetings requires participants to answer some screening questions.
How can I create the meeting, but delegate registration approvals to another licensed Zoom user within our organization? I don't want the second account to be an admin.
From what I can see in the documentation, "co-host" doesn't allow for that.

IN the last few years I had Zoom Webinar and easily set up paid registrations for webinars. After a break of 6 months or so I realize Zoom apparently no longer offers the package I had, which was webinars for 100 persons. My account is now a Zoom Meeting. I no longer have the ease of setting up paid registrations the way it worked before. Can someone point to a video of how I could do this now? Also, does anyone know why they removed the 100 person option for Webinars? Thank you in advance, Robyn

Hi all I run a facebook group. I wish to host a meeting but only for people who pay to enter the meeting. I don't have the webinar account, I have the cheapest paid for account but I was going to run a meeting and turn off the guests video and just have the chat on. Any idea how to do this? I have a stripe account for taking payments.

Has anyone found a way to use a disclaimer statement on just some meetings? I read articles and learned how to enable disclaimers and create a disclaimer, but it seems to apply to all meetings when I only want to use it on some meetings. Thanks in advance for any help!

When it comes to adding a "Donate" button to your PMI meeting or pinning a chat message, there are a few options to consider: Integrating Third-Party Apps: Explore third-party apps or integrations that allow you to seamlessly add a "Donate" button to your Zoom PMI meeting. Platforms like PayPal, GoFundMe Charity, or other fundraising tools often offer Zoom integrations specifically designed for this purpose. These integrations typically provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to set up and customize the donation button within your meeting interface. Utilizing Zoom Chat Features: Alternatively, if you prefer not to use third-party apps, you can still make donation information visible to all participants by utilizing Zoom's chat features. At the start of your meeting, consider posting a message in the chat with details on how attendees can donate. This message can include links to donation pages, QR codes, or other relevant information. Once posted, you can pin the chat message to ensure it remains visible to all participants throughout the meeting.

Recently my contacts hear me with echo, which makes meetings unbearble. As far as I could realize, this phenomenon takes place whether I initiate the meeting or join someone else meetings, and whether I have single contact or participate in multi participants meetings. I use my Lenovo tablet for my zoom activity. Can you assist me?

After my zoom update, the light no longer works properly. It no longer adjusts to low light, even if I select to do it manually. My video is quite dark now, even with natural light in the room.
When I am screen sharing in the breakout rooms, how do I prevent the screen sharing from stopping if I (the Host) join a room?
