I have been using zoom for my movement classes with music for the past four years and today after the updates I could not get my sound settings right. It seems I could not simultaneously use my speakers in the room AND have my zoom participants hear the music as usual. Normally, I would use the settings of 'external headphones' and then under SHARE, I would click advanced and share sound. Those two settings would make my mic and music work for both my zoom meeting and my students in the room with me. Has anyone experienced the new update mishaps with these old settings? I could really use some insight soon! Thanks

Resolved! How do I invite ppl to recurring meetings in a way that they can click to accept

I just set up a recurring meeting (7 weeks, same day and time each week). But Zoom doesn't generate the same sort of email that people can click "accept" and the meetings go automatically onto their calendar. Instead, I have to copy and paste the mee... Show more

I just set up a recurring meeting (7 weeks, same day and time each week). But Zoom doesn't generate the same sort of email that people can click "accept" and the meetings go automatically onto their calendar. Instead, I have to copy and paste the meeting info into an email. When the participants receive the email, they have to create the meetings and add the links manually. Is there a way to automate this?

I'm confused about the invitation people receive for a recurring meeting; not being able to find any specific guidance in any tutorials. I'm going to offer a weekly coaching meeting for people who buy my online course. It will be an ongoing weekly meeting. So if I set it to recurring, and it asks for how many occurrences, if i put a lot in (like 52, as in ongoing) I'm really not crazy about them getting that long list of all the dates in the invite. That seems really confusing. And I don't understand the connection to the calendar; I set google calendar, and I see it appear in my my google calendar for the number of weeks I set the occurrences for. Does that go in the invitee's calendar also? I certainly would not want to cram up their calendar with all those. If I don't make it recurring, does that mean I would need to create a new meeting every week? I want to be able to have one link to send out when they purchase, have a password included with it , and be able to use that every week.

I held a meeting last Friday that followed all of the steps to record and not that I am trying to access the recording It says not found. What am I doing wrong? I put in my meeting infoand it says no recordings found. I have gone to my account, recording and it not here, I cannot remember if I did a cloud recording or a computer recording.

 

1. How can I check which one I did? 

2. How to access the recording?

Resolved! I bought a used Mac DESKTOP and laptop I am getting 1132 error! Appealed twice!

So I have sent appeal email twice, once last year!  and another about two months ago.  I bought a used MAC and Macbook Pro to find both have 1132 error messages and treating me like Ive been banned!  Zoom yet to reply?!  Help?

I've never had issues with the Zoom Windows app before but yesterday, I started getting the message: "Unable to sign in Error code 1132". I can still login on the website through my internet browser and on my phone but not on the Zoom desktop client for Windows. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I've even tried making a new account with a different email address to no avail. I'm on Windows 11.

Hi guys, why am I getting a error code 1132 on my desk top, but not my phone? My desk top uses windows. I tried the chatbox and it didn't help.

Hey everyone, I am having an issue with client's in different times zones missing meetings because they get confused.

 

I set up the meeting in my local time and send them the invite. 

Is there anyway to make it so the emailed invite shows the meeting time/day in their local time?
