We have Zoom Workplace Business licenses for our users. We have AI Companion turned off org-wide. When in a non-recorded meeting, a transcript option is available to our users and it appears to be doing live-transcription.

We are seeing this behavior on MacOS clients v6.2.6.

Where are the admin controls for this functionality?

Does this transcription happen on-device or is Zoom processing audio data on its servers?

I launched a survey in the browser following my meeting. I know it appeared as I saw it launch and I checked with others who also saw the survey and completed the survey. However, now when I check the survey responses it says 0. Does anyone know how to get my response report?

Starting today, any time I open Zoom on any of my linux machines, it terminates after a few seconds. All my machines are OpenSuse Tumbleweed with KDE running Wayland. I have not done any updates since last week and this problem just started today. It also happens on all machines which makes me think it has to be something with my account or with the service rather than my machine or software.

The only workaround I found was to downgrade to version 6.2.10 (4983)

Yes I deleted settings in my home folder. I also tried both the flatpak and native builds

I have crash dump files but looks like those arent files I can attach to this post

UPDATE: I have 100% confirmed its not my software or machine. If I sign into a DIFFERENT zoom account, all is well. I opened a ticket with Zoom Support and provided logs. Has anyone else ran into something similar? I can delete and recreate my account but thats a bit involved

We are a recruitment company, and occasionally our clients (the businesses hiring) ask us to create Zoom links for their interviews with candidates we have put forward. One of our consultants has created Zoom meetings where she has checked all the proper boxes to allow access to anyone with the meeting link without the host present, and to allow anyone with the meeting link to access the meeting at any time. 

She has now had an issue with two different clients who use the link to start the interview with a candidate, and they get stuck in a waiting room even though she has unchecked the waiting room option, which should allow them to bypass that. Do you know what might be happening here? 

hi zoom teams and developers everyone on chromebook need a help from zoom teams and devs please fix these issues on zoom web app it only web app to go on a meetings but now it changed everyone hate sometimes hated thing : cannot add virtual background image from internal storage, didn't show the profile picture when in the meeting only displayed name, cannot add any files from chat to others sometimes, when in the meeting the microphone connect bottom of the full zoom page just come up show all white background when pressing the tab button in keyboard it stop showing and make the zoom again normal these are make people in chromebook's sad hate please fix them also when installing zoom deb file to chrombook it's camera doesn't work so please fix these issues !!!

Zoom is driving me crazy today. The speaker audio during my meetings went mute for a few seconds every 5 minutes. I couldn’t concentrate or learn anything properly. I restarted my MacBook. Deleted the app and reinstalled it again. I cleared my cache. The issue still persists. I’m not tech savvy and I need simple solutions. Thank you in advance. Ps: I also tried opening a support ticket and they kept closing it. Really disappointed in Zoom.
