Deleting Cloud Recording as a Basic User
I used to be a Zoom Pro User but I have changed to be a Basic User as I'm not using Zoom as much as I used to. I have some recordings on the Cloud and I would like to delete them but I can't get access to the page of Recordings. It says "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)". I tried terminating my account also but I wasn't able to do it. Can someone help here? Thanks!
