When I create an invite for my coworkers to have a meeting in our conference room with internal and external employees, the meeting appears on our tablet in the conference room so I just need to hit "join" which has usually just started the meeting on the screen in the conference room but is now giving a message that it is "waiting for the host to join" and will not start the meeting until someone externally logs into the meeting but the original invite was created from the conference room calendar itself so should be the host already. Any ideas what is causing this?

I freshly downloaded Zoom Meetings, and when I went to open a meeting, and it prompted me to join the audio channel, I clicked 'join' and the meeting closed. Also, when I navigate to settings, if (and only if) I click onto the 'audio' tab, the settings window closes

I currently have an external microphone and headphones that run through VoiceMeteer Banana. This setup has worked on my laptop, but not my desktop computer.

I have the Pro plan and just increased it for one month to 500 participants as we are having an event in a couple of weeks and anticipate having more than 100 online.

We have been using zoom for a couple of years and use the same meeting link twice a week. Normally when I log into zoom this shows as a recurring meeting, but now when I log into zoom and click on meetings, I don’t see any meeting scheduled at all. However, if I use the usual link we email to our users, it connects me to the meeting.

But I am concerned that no meeting shows up under the MEETINGS tab …

Windows up-to-date (AverMedia Cam), Zoom updated to Version 5.11.10 (8200) (64-bit). Using my camera in NVIDIA  Broadcast mode causes Zoom to crash when I go to the Zoom Video Settings. I cannot get Zoom to recover from the crash; even after a reboot Zoom remains crashed/frozen if I re-open it. 

There is no error message, once the crash happens, no part of Zoom is functional.

I've been successfully hosting hybrid Zoom meetings with my Mac laptop, iPhone, and iPad all connected in the same room for 4+ years. One for the speaker video and room audio, one for the class video, and one for me to control the session and share docs on the screen. Only 1 of the 3 devices is connected to audio--to avoid feedback.

Until this month. Now, I get a message that Zoom is unable to turn volume to 0 on iOS devices. And the phone and tablet now give low volume feedback during our meetigs. What changed and how do I avoid this problem?
