Does anyone know if you can save the chat in the cell phone Zoom app, in this case an iPhone?
I have a client that has an issue with sharing her screen. When she is sharing the screen, she only selects the app, not the screen to share (she is dead set on doing this). The participants see large gray boxes where she sees the controls and if she breaks out something like chat, they will see a gray box where her chat is. So far We have tried this: Uninstall and reinstall the zoom client Uninstalled again using the CleanZoom utility and reinstalled the client We have tried it with and without hardware acceleration We have tried it with and without video optimization We have changed the screen Capture mode to "Capture with window filtering" as suggested on these forums We have uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics driver We have confirmed that this does happen if she is a participant and not a host We have confirmed that this does not happen if we use strictly the web None of this helps. Is there anything else we can do?

As of this morning, all of my Zoom meetings are now set to require users to come into a meeting room. This was not set previously and it's not set this way in my overall Zoom settings for my account. How can I correct this (without changing meetings one-by-one) and also ensure future meetings do not default this way? Settings in the admin console have been changed also.

Hi all, The Zoom documentation says the sharing settings for a recording should display this option: However, that option is not present for the recording I'd like to share. Any idea why not? What am I missing? Thanks!

I have an attendee from Australia attending my New Zealand Zoom meeting via audio only, i.e. phoning in The numbers offered include 3 different 1800 Australian numbers - do they all work regardless of where in Australia they are calling from? If they use a local number what do they get charged?

We have setup our zoom rooms to use teams. everything appears to be setup properly. however we get a meeting invite to an individual, but every time we try to join teams on the zoom room it does not allow us with an outside company. If i were to join internal meeting it works. I believe the outside company set rules not to allow anonymous. is there a way for our zoom rooms to not be seen as anonymous?

I have been using zoom with my Apple TV for months without issues, I use my iPad or IPhone as continuity camera. Last week I started having issues with microphone and is doing the same trough all devices. First it connects fine and after 30 seconds my mic gets disconnected and I start getting pop ups on right upper section of screen saying audio disconnected on continuity camera, the pop ups appear and disappear constantly and mic never comes back. I checked software updates on all devices, TV and in Apple TV device, everything up to date. I checked all settings and everything is right, I turned off and on continuity option on devices to reset it. Nothing seems to work. I need help as I haven’t been able to do my training classes trough zoom in a week and still paying my membership.

When Scheduling a meeting on zoom from outlook plugin it creates a meeting but when sending the invites the users are not getting the calendar invite but getting the .ics file
I recently upgraded to Version: 6.2.3 (2056) Zoom Workplace (enterprise) and it is incredibly unstable under Ubuntu Linux 24.04 LTS, to the point where the application freezes within about 5 minutes of usage. Tell me how to troubleshoot or what diagnostics are needed, I'm technical. Zoom v Version: 6.2.3 (2056) is unusable on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Linux.
