Hi there, Looking for some help in adding the "blur virtual background" effect, it worked previously but now has disappeared. I have updated my zoom (5.7.6 1320) and my computer software on macOS (10.13.6) and restarted my computer several times! Thank you in advance!

Need Inactive user report beyond the 6 month default. Obviously data is there, it just seems there's no way to export because of 6 month limit. Even trying to back calendar up to dates I need in 6 month increments doesn't seem to work. Data needed/desired is user last sign in from Aug 1, 2022-Feb 3, 2025. As I said, when paging through the default results, I see the data exists, just not in a time frame that I need it.

We have a webinar coming up and I want to be able to drop my email in the chat that is a hot link for people to click on. How can I add my email address so it is a live link? I’ve seen it done so I know it is possible.

I am trying to update to the latest version of Zoom from my old iPad. After signing in it says I need the update to be 5.12.2 or higher. When I click update it asks me to download the last compatible version as the latest version is not compatible with this device. I click Download and get the same message again, and so it repeats. My iPad is 10.3.3 (14G60)

When I create an invite for my coworkers to have a meeting in our conference room with internal and external employees, the meeting appears on our tablet in the conference room so I just need to hit "join" which has usually just started the meeting on the screen in the conference room but is now giving a message that it is "waiting for the host to join" and will not start the meeting until someone externally logs into the meeting but the original invite was created from the conference room calendar itself so should be the host already. Any ideas what is causing this?

Hi, I freshly downloaded Zoom Meetings, and when I went to open a meeting, and it prompted me to join the audio channel, I clicked 'join' and the meeting closed. Also, when I navigate to settings, if (and only if) I click onto the 'audio' tab, the settings window closes I currently have an external microphone and headphones that run through VoiceMeteer Banana. This setup has worked on my laptop, but not my desktop computer. Any help?

Hi, I have an account with the following specs: Zoom Pro, Zoom Webinar - 1000, Zoom Large Meeting - 500. I understand that we cannot have concurrent meetings, which is why I'm interested in licenses and users. I'm a bit confused about how this works. How do I make it so that a user/license holder can have all the specs listed previously without having to purchase a whole new account to get all of this? Does an additional license need to be purchased and assigned for each of these three components? Or can I purchase a license for the Zoom Pro, assign a user, and that user will have access to everything within the main account?
