I'm using Zoom app on One Plus Pad Go Tablet. The device meets all the requirements for virtual background and I've turned on the virtual background in zoom setting too, but there's no option for 'Background and Effects' in Zoom meetings on my device. Why? How do I fix it? Does that happen to all One Plus Pad Go users? 

We run training workshops on Zoom where the host has an application that runs on their MacBook. We need participants to talk to this application through the Zoom meeting. Is there a way to direct participant audio to the application running on the hosts machine? 

We have a client who has a Zoom Workplace PRO account, but until now they used the accounts from a desktop.

We recommend purchasing a POLY X72 and a POLY X30 to use in two different physical rooms.

Our question is, what does he need to buy to get this working properly?

1) have one more user, each with an associated POLY device

user1 - POLY x72

user2 - POLY X30

2) Create a new Zoom WorkPlace PRO account with just 1 user:

where the initial account is POLY X72

and in this new account POLY X30

What other suggestions do you have?

I’ve noticed that when sharing a link in Zoom chat, the desktop app shows a rich preview (with a thumbnail and description), but the mobile app only displays a plain text link.

Is there a setting to make link previews appear the same on both desktop and mobile? 

I'm trying to join a password-protected meeting from the Zoom on my Chromebook. But it never works. Specifically:

1. I click the meeting link, and I'm told: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please sign in with a commercial Zoom account to join."
2. I sign in using my Zoom account, and get redirected to the waiting room screen (ie where you preview your video, audio, etc)
3. However, when I click the join button, a toast always appears at the top of the screen saying, "Sign in to join this webinar." And I never actually join the room.

Is it possible that Zoom on Chromebook (aka Zoom on the web) fails to remember sign in credentials? In which case, I'll never be able to join any meeting that requires authorization?

If anyone can help.

I've been happily using Iriun Webcam with ZOOM for past three years.  And, suddenly with the most recent update of ZOOM.. ZOOM is not recognising the Iriun Webcam in it's Camera options anymore.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can do about it?
