I've been unable to sync one of our users cloud recordings with their correct title under the "Topic" section. I see that some of them do have the topic but most do not, they have "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced)". We use Google calendar with the Zoom add-on tool. So for I've tried removing and re-adding the Zoom add-on tool, signing the user out and back in of the tool, toggling the bi-directional sync option in their Zoom account and re-enabling permissions on the Google calendar side and so far nothing gets updated in their cloud recordings. We've also installed the Zoom app for Mac and have the latest version of Zoom installed and we still can't get it to sync with the correct "Topic" title

How to delete a poll?

This used to be an easy process but since the update, there no longer seems to be functionality to delete a poll from a meeting.  Furthermore, ALL polls saved in the Poll Library are showing up in ALL meetings which is a disaster.  Zoom please fix.  I'm using most current version on Chrome.  Does anyone have any solutions?

With dual monitor, sharing PPT slides in Presentation View, how do you see Gallery View of Students?

I'm trying to learn how to use dual monitors and share the Presentation View of PPT slides, which allows me to see the notes for each slide while sharing the other view without the notes. The problem is- I can't see the gallery view any more of the a... Show more

I'm trying to learn how to use dual monitors and share the Presentation View of PPT slides, which allows me to see the notes for each slide while sharing the other view without the notes. The problem is- I can't see the gallery view any more of the attendees, so if I want to interact with a specific student, I have no idea who is out there? 

Do I have to share the 'normal view' of PPT slides to be able to see the Gallery View of participants?

 

Also, a secondary issue, when I try to share the 'normal view' of PPT slides, sometimes the screen share 'auto-pauses'.  When I send students to 'Breakout Rooms' for a group task, usually, the previous screen share process has stopped, and it has to be restarted. The restarting process can throw fragments of screens around on the desktop views of the students, which is less than desirable.

 

Any thoughts on how to address this? Getting pretty frustrated here.

I have a question about sharing a particular screen using hotkeys.

I use a stream deck in my Zoom meetings, and often, I use the notes section on my external iPad to draw something out for the other person on the call.

Using the stream deck, I can use the 'share screen' function (as a hotkey), but then I have to manually select (with my mouse) the 'advanced share' function to use my iPad notes section for the screen share.

Can I bypass the manual aspect to automatically share the 'advanced share screen'?

I have contacted Stream Deck support, and they have directed me to Zoom.

If there is a hotkey function on Zoom, I can get the streamdeck to use it.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

We receive many zoom meeting invites. One of our conference rooms a teams room and sometimes, we would like to have the meeting in that room. I have searched for how to add the teams room to the invite but it appears only the host can do that. We tried to forward the invite to the teams room but it just started a team meeting, not a zoom meeting. 

 

So, can an attendee add a teams room to a meeting and have the meeting show up in teams room as ZOOM?

Hello Community,

for the past four years, I have been an admin in several Zoom meeting groups, using a MacPro5.1 running Big Sur (11.6.x) and a Logitech 4K Stream camera. I never had any technical issues—until four weeks ago. Due to a GPU defect, I had to completely reinstall my operating system. All programs and apps are working again, including Logitech’s "Logitune" software.

However, the Zoom app is the only exception. Zoom.us should appear in the privacy settings to access the camera and microphone, but it is missing. As a result, I can no longer host Zoom meetings. This is a disaster because all my efforts to fix the issue have failed. I am familiar with all Logitech and Zoom apps, have consulted Apple and Logitech, and now hope to find expert advice here.

Does anyone in the community have experience with this? I would greatly appreciate any helpful support!

Audio Echo When Chromebook Enters meeting??

My family has regular zoom meetings which have, for about a month, experienced severe echo whenever my aunt's Chromebook joins the meeting.  SHE does not hear the echo and her voice does not echo.  The rest of us hear everyone else echoing at a 4-syllable delay.  Sometimes we hear the speech echoed more than once.

Muting her does not alleviate the echo.  The echo stops immediately if she leaves the meeting but resumes if she rejoins.  She has joined meetings from multiple locations/buildings/cities with the same results.  Any ideas?

I have had no problems with a virtual background before, but since the last update I have had my Surface Pro lock up three times.  I have checked and all the latest drivers are installed.  I have checked with an infrared temp gun and the instant I turn on virtual backgrounds it starts to heat up to the point that it totally freezes up. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello everyone! As far as I know, users from Ukraine don't have a 40 minutes limit. I use Zoom for teaching English and I didn't have this limit as well when I was in Ukraine, but I had to move abroad because of war.

Does anybody know if there is an opportunity for Ukrainian users to continue working without the limit if they are abroad? Any suggestions how I can contact the support to ask about it?
