Freezes when I join a meeting
I just tried joining a meeting tonight and zoom froze constantly. This is the first time this has happened I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still keeps on happening hope someone can help

I am running Zoom from my Chromebook. When I go to the Meetings tab, a message comes up on the top right saying "The channel which you choosed is not exist." What I could find for a solution talked about team chats but I have not used that function and I don't see how to stop that message from coming up.

64x Windows 10 ASUS computer, Nvidia processor Running 64-bit Zoom Version 6.3.6 (56144) When hosting my own meeting, zoom functions properly. However, about a week ago, zoom started crashing whenever joining someone else's meeting. I tried checking if Zoom was 32-bit, but it is indeed 64-bit. I tried updating Windows and Zoom, but both are up to date completely and the issue persists. Restarting changes nothing. From what I've seen with others' issues, reinstalling does nothing. No error code is given, it just prompts to send a report to Zoom. Web searches show others have the same issue when using 3rd-party conferencing software add-ons, but I have/use none. Zoom meetings function fine when joined from browser. Need quick resolution, I use Zoom for work 7 days a week and require a virtual background for many of my meetings, which I can't use from a browser.

I'm an online teacher, and I use a paid Zoom account for my classes. One of my classes has three students: A, B, and C. Every time students A and C are in the meeting together, student A gets randomly kicked out—whether it's just the two of them or all three students together. At first, I thought it was an internet connection issue because sometimes the student returns to the meeting almost immediately without having to go through the waiting room. However, lately, she hasn't been able to rejoin the session at all, and I can't call her back (she says she doesn’t receive the call). The odd thing is that I’ve had full classes with student A alone and with students A and B without any issues, even immediately before student C joins the meeting, as well as after student C has logged out.

I am not receiving meeting invitations from various senders who send them to my gmail account. I have no idea why or how to fix this.
プロプランに変更し、支払いも完了し、アカウント名を見ても「ライセンスユーザー」なのに 無料プランの時と同じように、ミーティング設定時にミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できません。 ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。(パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態) 調べても何も出てきません。 プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら 教えてください。

I've been set my preferences using step by step in Zoom guidelines.
However, I still cannot record my meeting into cloud. There's no option to cloud recording in my Zoom apps.
Anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!
I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. I am now unable to delete their recordings from my account. The support article that I found: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066493 says: Delete specific cloud recording files However, when I hover over a recording file I do not see a trash icon. I was able to delete some of my own recordings but I am unable to delete cloud recordings that were transferred to me from deleted accounts. Can anyone help?
Access recording management.
Click the meeting topic from which you want to delete recording files.
Under The recording includes the files listed below, hover over a recording file, then click the trash icon .
Click Move to Trash to confirm.

Hola, Tengo un inconveniente: Estaba utilizando zoom desde una pc de escritorio que me permitia utilizar mi Avatar. Y lo dejé puesto. Luego la pc se me rompio y ahora me conecto desde una pc que no me permite usar avatars, y no me deja sacarlo. Lo tengo puesto permanente. Nisiquiera me habilita la solapa de "Avatares" como para desactivarlo. Me dedico a dar clases y solicito una solucion, alguien podria ayudarme paso a paso por favor? Muchas gracias
