Hi,

I would like to have a preset that avoids viewers from downloading recordings after sharing the the class link.

I know I can do it on each video in an individual way but I would like a preset.

Any idea? Thanks!

Is anyone else seeing a 5026 error when adding or modifying a Zoom meeting in Outlook calendar?  Zoom is saying it's an iOS bug and that 100 requests per hour is what may be causing it.  Using the Zoom Outlook plugin to create a Zoom meeting, add recipient and hit send the error pops up befor it is able to send.  Doesn't go anywhere from that point.  Anyone else seeing this?  Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I had a Zoom piano recital for my students today which was the worst remote recital I have ever had; personally I'd like my money back for becoming a Zoom Pro member.  Even after guiding my students' parents to enable Original Sound, keyboards were not audible, some were sporadically audible and most had the worst sound possible.  Never again!  

We have some Administrative professionals that maintain email/calendars for various executives.  and in the last few weeks, they have been noticing odd outlook calendar issues with zoom meetings

- If they cancel a zoom meeting from one of the executives calendar, the Admins outlook crashes, and when they reopen outlook , they get a message indicating that 'outlook has disabled the zoom plugin.

- We've verified they are on the current zoom outlook plugin

- So far this is happening to about 5 of our Admin. professionals.   any thoughts or suggestions?

In a meeting this morning I shared my screen as host and then assigned slide control to 3 co-hosts.  Later during the meeting we were joined by another co-host but I was not able to assign slide control to him.  His name did not even appear as an option. 

Any tips on how to make this work or why it didn't work ?  Bit of a novice with this functionality :-).

Hallo, bin total verzweifelt. Habe erstmals Zoom benutzt und vor und nach dem Meeting lief eine bestimmte Meditationsmusik,
danach habe ich am 10.02 nochmal ein Gespräch geführt im Zusammenhang mit diesem Meeting, wo auch diese Musik eingespielt wurde. Und seitdem fängt in gewisssen Abständen ständig wieder diese Musik in gewissen Abständen an.
Hab schon alles mögliche probiert, Systemwiederherstellung, Deinstallieren von Zoom, vom Browser.
Allemögliche Einstellungen in Zoom durchforstet und Systemsteuerung (Win 10).
Kann mir da bitte jemand helfen?
Ein Fehler von mir kann gewesen sein Zoom einfach wie üblich oben rechts mit X im Browser zu schließen ohne abmelden.
Inzwischen müsste ich eigentlich aber abgemeldet sein.
Versuchte Support zu kontaktieren, klappt anscheinend aber nicht.

Since a month or 2 ago, my external screen turns black and flickers only when I use Zoom. The Zoom video (on the external screen also) is stable. It is everything else that flickers. This tells me that is it not the screen connection.

Also my internal screen (laptop) is stable.

I use my computer a lot and it only happens with Zoom. The problem is that I can't see my notes since they keep blacking out.

I have updated to the latest version of Zoom Workplace. No improvement.

I am a teacher i deliver lectures on video editing to my student but when I open app like canva or capcut app my screen does not fully show the options I am seeing sidebars and additional bars where my cursor move not shown to anyone how can I set these which settings should I use. Any expert guide me .
