Unable to delete cloud recordings that have been transferred to my account
I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. I am now unable to delete their recordings from my account. The support article that I found: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066493 says: Delete specific cloud recording files However, when I hover over a recording file I do not see a trash icon. I was able to delete some of my own recordings but I am unable to delete cloud recordings that were transferred to me from deleted accounts. Can anyone help?
Access recording management.
Click the meeting topic from which you want to delete recording files.
Under The recording includes the files listed below, hover over a recording file, then click the trash icon .
Click Move to Trash to confirm.
