I've seen meeting requests come in and instead of the Zoom log in the upper left corner, they have replaced that with their firm/company logo. Anyone know how to do this??
Super frustrated that on this new Macbook pro - when I join a Zoom now, the video is ultra zoomed in, and I can't figure out how to Zoom out. This does not happen in Google Meets, so it seems like a Zoom-specific issue. I've tried enabling Option+Command and the "minus" key on my laptop, but the farthest I can go is way too big still. Help please!

It's been almost a month that all of the blue the audio stopped working when I was in a meeting. I can't listen to anyone or any other sound when I'm the host. I thought the problem could be with my device so I changed the earphones, but nothing happened. Apparently the program can recognize my mic but i don't hear any sound (even when I try the "test" on settings".
I deleted and downloaded the app again, but it didn't fix the problem. I sent a message to the support, but nobody answered me and I'm still paying for this without being able to use it.

On 10/02/2025 in the evening, a zoom was performed, I can't find it in any way.
I made a recording for a Zoom meeting, I can't find it in the cloud or on my computer. I tried following the instructions and still haven't solved the problem.
after my zoom was updated recently, everytime i want to start a new meeting, it gives me message that i have another open meeting , which is not correct. i signed out and signed in again but no change. any suggestion please.
I have recorded meetings, but when I go to Meetings>Recordings, all I get is the loading timer. This has been going on for days. How do I access my recordings when nothing on the Recording page will load?
Hi there, It's been days that I do not manage to access the "Recordings and Transcripts" paga on the website. Anyone else having the same problem or now how I can recover a recording from the bin without having access to that page? Never had this problem in years of use... Thanks so much!

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with the Zoom app on my computer. When I try to create a meeting, it doesn't show up, but the app icon suggests that I'm in a meeting. Additionally, whenever I go to the audio settings, the app crashes completely. However, the Zoom web version in my browser works fine—I'm able to create meetings and access audio settings without any problems. I’ve tried updating, reinstalling the app, and checking my system’s audio settings, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance for any help!
