プロプランに変更し、支払いも完了し、アカウント名を見ても「ライセンスユーザー」なのに無料プランの時と同じように、ミーティング設定時にミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できません。ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。(パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態)調べても何も出てきません。プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら教えてくだ... Show more

ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。(パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態)

調べても何も出てきません。

プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら

Cannot record to cloud

I've been set my preferences using step by step in Zoom guidelines.

However, I still cannot record my meeting into cloud. There's no option to cloud recording in my Zoom apps.

Anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

Unable to delete cloud recordings that have been transferred to my account

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. I am now unable to delete their recordings from my account. The support article that I found: https... Show more

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. I am now unable to delete their recordings from my account. 

 

The support article that I found:

says:

 

Delete specific cloud recording files
Access recording management.
Click the meeting topic from which you want to delete recording files.
Under The recording includes the files listed below, hover over a recording file, then click the trash icon .
Click Move to Trash to confirm.

 

However, when I hover over a recording file I do not see a trash icon. I was able to delete some of my own recordings but I am unable to delete cloud recordings that were transferred to me from deleted accounts. 

 

Can anyone help?

Tengo un inconveniente:

Estaba utilizando zoom desde una pc de escritorio que me permitia utilizar mi Avatar. Y lo dejé puesto. Luego la pc se me rompio y ahora me conecto desde una pc que no me permite usar avatars, y no me deja sacarlo. Lo tengo puesto permanente. Nisiquiera me habilita la solapa de "Avatares" como para desactivarlo.

 

Me dedico a dar clases y solicito una solucion, alguien podria ayudarme paso a paso por favor?

Hello there, everyone. So, I am trying to access the class recordings inside the CANVAS website/portal. However, I can only get this message " Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again."

I have a hypothesis that is: I have logged in with the wrong zoom account and, in order to make everything work, I need to log out and, after that, log in with the correct one. The problem: I don't know how to log out. Help, pls.

I recently received the notification to update zoom client. Cool. Looked at the release notes and saw this:

 

"Changed local storage to one year for free accounts. The local storage duration for free accounts has been changed to one year, allowing messages stored locally to remain accessible for a year for free users. This change will take affect for both new installations and reinstalls."

 

What does this mean? Why is there a timer on what I can view in my own local storage?? Why will it be applied retroactively upon new install? How can someone else decide what I can and can't have access to on my own device?

I have an issue onsite with with camera preferences when using the Teams WebRTC on the Zoom room. We are running Zoom on a Crestron UC Engine and we also have teams button on the page to do teams calls. What we're finding is when a teams call is initiated it isn't defaulting to the camera we want and always selects a different camera. We currently have to remote into uc engine and select the correct camera. Is there a way to select a camera as a default. I can't find anything on the UC engine to do it. Is there a setting on Zoom backend to do this?

Hello, I have encountered a problem where I cannot access the meeting link of my teacher. This issue occurs only on my device, while on other devices, the same meeting can be accessed without any problems. On my device, I can only join the meeting through the web version. I have tried using a VPN, changing the DNS server, completely reinstalling Zoom with the removal of all folders, and many other solutions. Thank you for your understanding.

I have set up a focus on the Macbook when zoom is active. As soon as I share my screen, the focus is turned off because Zoom is no longer in the foreground and my shared screen is. What options are there for activating the focus mode when I share my own screen? I don't want any messages to be displayed when the screen is shared that the audience can see.
