Having trouble with "sound activation"? I can't hear a participant until after they've said a few words or when they project their voice. There are some participants who speak softly that I can never hear at all. I've tried changing Zoom's background noise suppression level but there is no option to save changes and when I go back to check, it is back to auto/default. I facilitate a weekly support group and it's really awkward when I can't hear someone. I've tried using cc but that is delayed. I've updated the audio drives on my computer but that hasn't helped. Zoom technical support is not available with the level of service I have.

Bandwidth drops when connected to Bose Bluetooth headphones

I have a strange occurrence,

 

When I use by Bose NC700 Bluetooth headphones while on a call on my laptop, my bandwidth will get really low and in many cases drop the call. Is this common for Bluetooth headphone users? Currently using the latest version of zoom out there. 

 

Could this be hardware related?

For the last few years I have scheduled a weekly meeting. It has now dissapeard from my list of upcoming meetings so I am unable to see how many meetings are scheduled. I would like to keep programming the same meeting with the same ID and the same password. The meeting has been taking place but I know that sooner rather than later I will run out of "scheduled meetings".  Please help me.

I am trying to watch a recorded lecture from my instructors, but when I view the video on my laptop, the screen is flashing green and the audio is fine. If I view the video on my phone, it works just fine, however, I prefer to watch the video on my computer. Is there a way to fix this from my end rather than having to go to IT? I should note that I can't watch the videos on the web app, it comes to me as a link that I can only view from the browser.

im trying to record an interview on Zoom, but it keeps recording side-by-side. Im trying to record the speaker/ interviewee only. Please let me know what the best solution is. Im on a basic plan right now. 

Another issue is that the dimension of the record keeps changing to 360px360p. 
The interviewee's video is not HD, it's blurry on the recording.

usage reports

If I now change from a free account to a paid account can I now access the PRIOR 12 months of usage reports? Or just access usage reports from the date I transferred to a paid account.  

Leave computer audio while recording in the cloud affects the audio?

If i leave the computer audio while recording a meeting in the cloud, it would affect the audio on the meeting? i can´t find this information anywhere.

List of Meetings

I logged in to copy a continuous reoccurring meeting that is weekly. I cannot find the meeting any longer to copy the link to give to a new participant. Super frustrating.

 

Leave audio while recording on my PC affects the audio?

Just checking: If I leave audio while a Zoom meeting is recording on my PC, does the recording contain audio or not?

I am currently having this issue: I need to open breakout rooms for my participants while hosting a meeting using my phone. Is it possible to open breakout rooms from our phone? Because I don't see the Breakout room option when I host the meeting from my phone or tablet.
