Zoom Profile in browser resets language every time I open it

Hi guys.

Every time I open this page in my browser: https://us06web.zoom.us/profile

It's in Russian, while I never change my selected language from English.
Even when I go to Profile>Personal>Language, English is selected, yet everything is in Russian.

 

If I click 'Edit' and then confirm English, the dashboard is translated to English.
However, if I get back to this dashboard in 1-2 hours later, it's all in Russian again.

 

I'm not clearing cache, not switching accounts, nothing like that.

Razer Kiyo X issue with Zoom

I wanted a budget webcam for my desktop Windows PC to use with Zoom and after reading some reviews purchased a Razer Kiyo X  Full HD Streaming Webcam. The image was crisp on the Zoom preview window but was extremely broken up with horizontal grey bars that jumped around. I tried changing the video settings including the advanced settings but wasn't able to resolve the issue. I obtained a basic Logitech C270 HD Webcam which works fine but leaves me with the question of whether the Razer was simply faulty or whether this is a known issue with Razer and Zoom and if there's a way around it. Thanks!

文字起こし保存のボタンが無い

ウェブ版のミーティングを使用しています。

会議中に文字起こしを行っていますが、トランスクリプト部分に「文字起こしを保存する」というボタンはありません。

なにが原因でしょうか?

文字起こしした後保存が出来ない

文字起こし後、自分と相手の発言が横に表示されるのですが、その文章の「保存」ボタンが無く、保存する事が出来ません。

どうしたらよいでしょうか。

I recently recorded a meeting. The Zoom Recording File shows up on my local folder, however it doesn't convert when I double click on it.

I'm unable to find the recording on the Zoom App.

I also can't find ztscoder.exe 

Any ideas?

Salida forzada de zoom , como recupero la grabación

Failed to Authenticate

Help me pls! I can't enter meetings that require a commercial zoom account. Usually, I launch the meeting in browser, with Microsoft edge, and using my google account. This has consistently worked for me until yesterday. Now, I can join open access z... Show more

Help me pls! I can't enter meetings that require a commercial zoom account. Usually, I launch the meeting in browser, with Microsoft edge, and using my google account. This has consistently worked for me until yesterday. Now, I can join open access zooms just fine, but when I login into my account and try to join calls with the commercial account requirement, I can only get to the preview screen. When I actually try to join, I repeatedly get a pop-up that reads Failed to Authenticate. 

 

I've already tried clearing my cookies/cache, trying a different google account, restating my computer, changing my wi-fi network, updating my computer, changing my account password and re-logging in. Downloading the desktop app isn't a good option for me because of my built in anti-virus. 

 

I use Windows 11, Version 23H2 for x64-based System on an Acer Aspire 3 (a315-24pt) laptop. Suggestions?

Zoom video is blurry when presenter is away from camera (recently started)

Hello! I noticed recently when I created a Zoom meeting, the invite shows up twice on my Google calendar and my clients receive the invite twice.

 

The Zoom account is under my email. When I create the meeting invite on Google Calendar and mark it from a specific calendar for our company, it duplicates. I checked the integration tab, and everything is off and the data sync and the bidirectional sync are off. 

 

I am not sure what the problem is at this point. Please advise.
