Recordings, Hi - I have the Zoom Pro version and do not know why my Zoom recordings are now saving as 'double_click_to_convert_01' (raw format) - why is this, and how can I convert the recording to MP4 please? I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue. 

@Anonymous , it’s crucial to implement this feature promptly. I host daily meetings with 500 participants in large auditoriums, and the inability to adjust the font size of participants names is a major hindrance. As a result, we’re seriously considering switching to other platforms solely because of this limitation.

While i am attending a zoom webinar or meeting i frequently receive Teams phone calls. Since i've only got the one headset for all my audio, is there a way to mute the meeting temporarily, so i can take the phone call, then get back to the meeting? currently i find myself actually LEAVING the meetings to deal with the phones, and a dislike that solution!

Considering "Zoom trolling" has become a popular YouTube trend, I hope that zoom would do more to help prevent these types of interruptions.

One feature that would help is to automatically block any users that go over a certain decibel level. Often these users use tactics of "jump scares" and use loud clips to jolt members.

I hope that Zoom can implement this and other strategies so we can continue to actually do our work.

I am unable to sign in to my account because I am not receiving the verification code sen to my phone by SMS. And it is impossible to contact support since all support options need me to sign in. I had this issue since months. Finally, I created a new account to be able to post here. This is what I tried so far:

1) Tried creating a support ticket (asks me to sign in)

2) Tried to get help using the chatbot (directs me to the sign in page)

3) Tried to post here in the community pages (asks me to sign in)

4) Tried phone support (asks for an ID which I can only access by signing in)

5) Created an alternative account to create a ticket (ticket automatically closed saying I need to sign in with the account with the issue)

This is like a joke !

My business runs virtual meetings using the Zoom Events platform. Each meeting includes ~20 polling questions. Historically, I've exported the results from each poll on a user-by-user basis ("PollResults.csv" which is exported via a zip file). For my past two programs, however, the zip file contains incomplete/corrupted data. The data is clearly there - I can see polling results in aggregate in my analytics summary.

I can no longer rely on the Zoom polling feature. I've opened a support ticket and was told "our engineering team is working with our Dev team to investigate this, they believe that the last update caused this change"

Though I'd love some resolution with this post, I'm mostly sharing for anyone who has experienced similar issues. There's really no sense in me continuing to pay for Zoom Events when a critical feature is so broken.
