I've used my JBL External Speaker for my audio for the past two years without issues. For the past month, I can no longer do so. The speakers come up as an option. I can even see the volume increase and decrease when I touch the speaker buttons, but no Audio.I play music and movies on my laptop ... no issues.I try to use it in a Zoom Meeting,... NO AUDIO. Thoughts?

I am trying to add an additional email to my Pro account. When I search, I'm told to go into Roles and I will be able to change my role to admin. It doesn't work. I tried the help bot, which did nothing but waste my time. And, there's no subject in the dropdowns that addresses what I need to do. 

I'm so frustrated with Zoom--is it time to move to TEAMS?

My cursor keeps disappearing while using Zoom - I heard it might be due to a Microsoft update, but how do I fix it? It's a pain in the neck to not be able to use my mouse! I can't figure out what version of Zoom I have. I have an Asus laptop with high specs. When I go to "update management" where it's supposed to tell me if there are updates to be done, it says "no data".

I pay for zoom for my business and run it with a medical health program and I pay for both. I also need to be able to start a zoom account for 12 step meetings that I'm involved with. The group needs to be able to both control and pay for the meeting to abide by our 7th tradition of being self supporting and also we do not have leaders but trusted servants and those positions rotate. If any one person goes out and drinks or stops going to the meeting we lose our entire meeting. I see that some AA organizations by area have provided this but we don't have anythnig that I can find in Los Angeles. Can you please advise on how to do this? We need to be able to have access to change passwords and meeting links as needed. How can we set up this account to fix that?

I have set up a zoom meeting on my computer but will be away from my desk. I would like to do the zoom meeting on my iphone but I do not see this meeting on my iphone.  I tried setting a different meeting up on my iphone and I do not see this meeting on my computer app. Please advice how I can make them sync.

When I have remote control of a computer running Win 11 in a Zoom meeting I can click on the Windows 11 start icon to open the start menu but when I click on any of the icons or controls in the start menu nothing happens. How can I get the mouse to work in the start menu? Thanks.

I was the host of a meeting.  I was kicked out before it started.  I re-entered.  I started the record button.   I guess i wasnt host anymore and had to agree to the recording.  Now today  I can not find the recording anywhere.  On my zoom app or my computer.  I really need to find this recording
