I am having a repeating problem that recently started: When a certain meeting begins, a user called "Murderbot" joins and posts in the chat the same message: "I'm Murderbot, ready to take notes for Archie Lacey. To start the notetaking and recording, the meeting host needs to approve the recording pop-up message." When I claim host, Murderbot posts the following message before : "Recording permission was denied, leaving the meeting." Has anyone had this issue, and how do I make it stop happening? Thanks.

I'm frustrated- I'm looking for a solution that will allow me to create a meeting that only a pre-defined list of people can attend.

I have a pro account.

I tried pre-registration, but this doesn't block people that got my meeting's link from trying to enter it. I can block those only manually at the waiting room.

Maybe I'm missing something out.

Please advise

How can I modify my application to enable generating meetings with both automatic acceptance and waiting responses for participants to consider?

Help! I've set up a meeting and registration is required. I register a person and now it keeps that person's information in the fields when anyone else gets the link to register so now we have multiple registrations with this person. How do you clear this up.

I have a  zoom account that I use for a variety of different meetings outside of my work email.  I just got an email 20 minutes ago saying that account is now suspended....No warning just straight up suspension????  I'm not even sure what I did, it was so vague....

Zoom keeps freezing, and basically not working on continuity camera since latest OS update, I have the latest Zoom update on Mac Desktop. 

The camera will keep cutting out zooming in and out and freezing. This is rubbish.

Let me preface by saying this -

I run a fully stable PC I built

Specs are -

13600K Intel, not overclocked

32GB DDR5 6000mhz, XMP profile

RTX 4070TI, factory overclock

Gen 4 M.2 drives

Internet is via LAN, not wifi with a stable 800mb connection

Latency hovers in the 15ms with no packet loss

No firewall blocking, or 3rd party apps to control bandwidth or anything

I normally do CAD work, as well as gaming, runs flawless.

Today's Zoom meeting (have done many one on one's before) involved several people, all muted (themselves) with no video as I was sharing my screen and providing a CAD tutorial.

Zoom would constantly freeze (not responding), as it happened about 7 times over the course of an hour.

First Zoom itself would freeze (chat and such) with audio still working, until audio cuts out and I am forced to close, rejoin, and reclaim host.

During, and after, each time CPU usage remained between 3% up to 7% so I have plenty of resources available.

RAM usage was between 400mb up to 800mb, leaving plenty more going unused.

It is not a hardware issue, and it most certainly is not a bandwidth issue.

Why am I paying for Zoom when I cannot even have a stable application to use to help others?
