Dear Zoom Support Team,

I am facing a recurring issue while using Zoom on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G. My internet speed drops significantly only when I open a Zoom meeting.

Details:

Without Zoom: Download speed is around 42-45 Mbps.

With Zoom: Speed drops to 8-10 Mbps.

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G (Fully Updated).

I have tried all possible troubleshooting steps, including:

Reinstalling the Zoom app.

Changing DNS settings.

Limiting video quality.

Closing background apps.

Despite this, the speed drop happens only while using Zoom, making it difficult to attend smooth online classes. Other apps (like YouTube) work perfectly fine with high-quality video even when Zoom is slow.

Please help me resolve this issue or advise if there is any specific setting I should change to improve Zoom’s performance on my device.

zoom을 통해 수업을 듣고 있는데, 강의자가 아닌 경우 수강생들은 마이크를 꺼놔야 합니다.

그래서 수강생들은 채팅을 입력할 수밖에 없는데, 채팅을 입력할 때 한글 자음과 모음이 계속 분리되는 문제가 있습니다.

어떻게 해결해야 하는지 아시는 분 있나요?

예를 들면, '안녕하세요'라고 입력할 경우, 'ㅇㅏㄴ녕하세요'로 입력됩니다.

그래서 자음과 모음이 분리되지 않을 때까지 같은 단어를 여러번 입력해야 했습니다.

제가 'ㅇㅏㄴㅇㅏㄴ안' 이런식으로 '안'이라는 글자를 3~5번 입력하다보면 언젠간은 자음과 모음이 붙은 형태로 글자가 입력됩니다.

zoom 외에는 한번도 이런 경우가 발생하지 않았습니다.

크롬 브라우저에서도 정상 입력 되고, 개발자 개발툴인 vscode나 cursor.ai 등등 다른 곳에서는 글자의 자음과 모음이 분리되는 현상이 전혀 발생하지 않습니다.

오직 zoom에서만 발생합니다.

 I can't find any solution to a problem i started having last week. I never had it before and I've already tried several things but I can't solve it.

the problem is that every time I want to share screen, I can't share the sound if I have my headphones connected ( they are not bluetooth ones). If I disconnect them, my students can listen. I'd like to make it clear that the headphones are working correctly as I use them at all moments on zoom. This problem is only when I share screen.

This has happened on older installs of Windows 10 on the same machine. I do not have the luxury of using another computer (and why would I, mine kicks @$$). The only thing I can do is downsize the restored window to a very small 2x2 inches on my 32inch screen! I would have posted about this two years ago though that is how insanely busy I am. Suggestions from other highly technical people please?

Is it possible to have hungarian translation for the Zoom application UI? 

I'm aware of several people in my neighborhood (typically older people), who uses zoom to reach out their friends/congregation/social events, but do not speak english, only hungarian. 

For them, using the app is very tricky, especially when the ap constantly changing here and there - for example, recently it changed that they have to click the Join button, even when they are using invite link with password, so t caused a disruption in the community.

Im happy to contribute to have this available (I spend plenty of time with the support of the people what could be eliminated having a hungarian translation)

I've read online about the additional features that powerpoint live has over the standard powerpoint version. My company uses Teams for all of our internal virtual meetings and zoom for all our meetings, trainings to our franchise network. I would like to present via powerpoint live using the additional features. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Everything I fine is how to use powerpoint live in MS teams nothing about how to use it via zoom meetings. Is powerpoint live available for zoom meetings?

Horribly annoyed at having to deal with AI chatbots which only compiles key tokens from phrases and therefore present you with useless ""answers" what a scam AI is !!!

In meeting I organise, whether i have original sound on or off, wether i shut my microphone or not, whenever a person starts to talks, I often get a click sound and their sound is muted for several minutes, I did try everything, I dont really understad what goes on and I hope the unpaid users like me will have a solution that the paid employees of Zoom don't seem to be arsed in giving, all they have is flippen chatbots.
