When creating a new meeting in Outlook Classic using the add-in, it adds a space at the top of the body of the invite and indents the user's name by one space.

If you use the plugin or schedule directly from Zoom it does not do this.

If you look at the template the line break and indent are not there.

This is a small issue, obviously, but it's annoying that it's not using the template as designed.   Does anyone know if there is another template this uses?

If I make an event in my Google Calendar and invite a Microsoft 365 user running outlook within seconds of the invite being created I get a decline message back that the user declined the meeting. The user hasn't even opened the invite - the user has no policy to auto decline/accept meetings and there is no trace of an email declining the meeting in the Microsoft 365 system (We did message trace and only see the invite coming IN).  DMARC and SPF etc are not the issue. The user receives the invite and can accept or decline (which then sends back to my gmail inbox) but I have already received multiple calendar responses for the invite.  I can turn the zoom chrome extension off and this doesnt happen. Anyone have this happen in the past with the zoom integration?? 

I run Zoom classes (meetings). I send out the "invite" to the people registered. When it's time for the meeting - I let them into the class.

How can I get a list of emails for the people that attended. I can see their "names" in a report - but it does not list the email address that they entered the meeting with. If I want to send out an email to those that attended - I have to look up their email addresses.

Is there a switch or something to turn on so that I can get a list of the attendees email addresses?

Je suis très ennuyée car je me sers de zoom pour mon usage professionnel et j'ai très souvent des réunions. Les personnes que j'invite peuvent accéder à la réunion mais moi ma fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. j'ai déjà éteint et rallumé mon ordinateur. J'ai aussi fait des tâches dans le gestionnaire des tâches. J'ai également essayé depuis un autre navigateur et toujours pareil... J'ai joint les captures d'écran... Rien ne se passe une fois avoir appuyé sur ouvrir le zoom metting ou sur lancer la réunion, rien ne s'ouvre ..

Question:  My MacBook Pro started lagging with the annotation feature recently.   I use a Wacom tablet.  I generally join from safari...would I be better off joining from chrome? This seemed to start happening since the recent apple software update.

Any suggestions appreciated.

HI all,

One of our users at the office is having an issue where his audio will sometimes dip out. It does NOT cut off. I just loses volume level; sometimes nearly gone. 

It is not happening on a regular basis, and it is supposedly happening both when using his Apple Airpods, as well as the Logitech C90 webcam's microphone. 

Zoom is installed on an M1 Mac Mini running the latest patched version of macOS Ventura, and was running Zoom Version: 6.2.11 (43613), which I've updated to Zoom Version: 6.3.11 (50104).

Has anybody experienced this kind of an issue? Not complete drop outs; just volume levels. If so, how did you cure it? Unfortunately, I won't have the guy's earpods with me to test things. But, do have the Logitech permanently installed.

The most maddening issues is that it's transitory, and not reoccuring regularly; so it's really hard to troubleshoot. Hence the reason I'm turning to the community.

The issue: when the host is presenting and sharing video, their video is NOT the one pinned with the shared screen. When the presentation is first started the host video is shown, but as soon as anyone else speaks, the host video is hidden. Any other guest video can show on the screen with the presentation, but the hosts video will not show again ever.

The host's video does show in the gallery view but not with the presentation. The highlighted video changes to anyone other than the host when a new person speaks, but it never responds to the host speaking.

Device: Samsung A53, galaxyS8, galaxy S25, and Motorola Moto G 5g. Each phone was kept up to date when used.

Timeframe: this has happened consistently for 2 years.

Attempted troubleshooting: logging out and back into the meeting... does nothing. Updating app... not helpful, as i end up missing the meeting so can't say it helps anything,  and the problem always returns. Forced stopping app and restarting... resets to the host but host is hidden as soon as anyone speaks.

This is an Android app, so I can't do much more.

I use my Smartphone as a second camera to film things, that I am drawing on a paper. This worked fine in landscape mode, since the paper is in landscape. At least until last monday. Now zoom always turns the picture in portrait for the other participants, so I can still use landscape, but the others can nearly see nothing.

Android and iOS...

Any ideas?
